Important trainer battles have set IVs, others are random. The set IVs vary from Pokemon to Pokemon, but the character's ace will almost always have 31 EVs except in the first few areas of the game. Natures are only set for important trainer battles.

The only notable difference between the Free and Full version is that the Free version will not save or load Gif files. Unfortunately, no other format works with animation like Gif does, except GG's own file type, .gal For now, you can do all your animation and save as .gals, but no program other than GG will be able to read them. When the time comes and it's possible, you could purchase GG and easily convert those .gals to .gifs, or have someone who has the full version do it on charity, or covert them in some other way. -

And that's what riot is doing, they're adjusting Lucian's kit. They're not going to get everything 100% perfect right away because there is no 'perfect' in something like this, but they're not just splashing around and throwing darts at a board to decide what they do to him. Also a lot of characters have two passives in some form. With the Evelynn thing, I was referring to pre-work Evelynn. Originally she stunned a target whenever she attacked someone from stealth. This was super broken, so riot removed the stun and nerfed her into the ground so she wouldn't be toxic while they were reworking her, which took forever. So for a period of like a year or more, she was regarded as a very weak troll pick.

Stantler- Let's go for a lighter grey pelt, and do something with the nose, even if it's just taking a lot of saturation out of it. That nose right now would give Rudolph a run for his money. Skarmory- Is this a liked idea? To me, although it's executed well, that colour scheme seems off-putting... Totodile- Those seem too similar to the originals I think? What ever happened to the existing totodile poll, was that where the dark green won out? Others accepted, with a few edits I've done.

Like that's nice and all that you have so little faith in the developers, but you're probably right about one thing: your idea of nerfing a champion, and theirs, is different. Riot's goal is not to make any champion Evelynn-style unplayable. They want every champion to have specific strengths and weaknesses, and that's going to require a few changes more than just taking power out of a kit.
