You can't expect to win every game at any level. Low elo is no different. So what if your team is bad? Statistically, so is theirs. Learn to exploit the weaknesses the enemy team shows and cover your own team. I think the only thing that can be said as a difference is that high-elo games are more stable: More predictable strategies, champions, builds and outcomes. Low elo games are less predictable: Non-meta strategies, often accidental; low-strength champions are played more; builds are more unique; kills and deaths are more common.
