Yet. I had to go before I could finish. And you misread. Rathnar became Epiphany. Kobras Realm is stil KR to this day. Somewhere during all of the chaos what with everyone wanting to make their own site, well, I did too. It was... intended... to be an RPG Making Site, but, um, wasn't. It was a site where various people I knew came together because I made them. Many of them I knew from school or otherwise IRL, others carried over from Kobras Realm, those other sites (such as Maelstrom) or various friends of friends. One such person was AZKnight, at the time, FoxKnight who joined as the friend of my site's co-admin, Sir Issac (who was a girl, despite the sir.). My site, though, supposed to be a RPG Making site, was titled after the world of the game I was developing at the time. The game was called Second Reality, and the numerous hours I put into making graphics for it account for my spriting ability that allowed me to put the leaders together. The site was called World of Aryon... Because the world that Second Reality took place in was supposed to be called Orion. But, uh, see, I was 12, and failed at spelling, and uh, I originally made it world of Arian. ...Which apparently is a Nazi thing... So we changed the spelling a few times to make it, uh, better, and by the time I figured out how it was SUPPOSED to be spelled, it was too light. And thus, WoA existed. Before too long, however, I got an email from Vash/Strife/MCR, one of the admins of the previous Rathnar Gaming, asking me what ever happened to me. We talked a little, and, well, he told me that the Final Fantasy stage of Rathnar's incarnate, Epiphany Gaming, had only lasted a couple weeks. They were back to being an RPG Maker site. And so I went back to being a member there. It turns out, Epiphany Gaming, in my absence, had merged with a site called Cedar Woods, run by one of Rathnar's members, Rei-. Well, that was all news to me, but it was okay, because from that merge, awesome people were introduced into EG, going by names such as Lara and StarstormVGN. It didn't take long at all for me to become an active poster, because EG's community was much like the golden era of Likwid RPG Making- everyone was very close, and just had a lot of fun, did what they needed to, etc. Only a week or two after I rejoined EG, another member did, by the name of MonkeyDog (known on here as NoGoodBoyo). Monkeydog quickly became even more active of a poster than I was, and brought along some friends of his as well. Somewhere during this time, Wildcat Dave also joined the forums... He would be known here after his prized Nidoking though, as Manowar. Meanwhile, back at Kobras Realm, which I continued to pop into everyonce in a while, Ashen, also had gone ahead with making her own site, called Omega Sanctuary. A number of its members came from KR as well, but there was one there who I didn't recognize. He went under the name of Rekaru, and, again, I don't remember this, but he says- he PM'd me because I seemed interesting to him. Rekaru is the kind of person who naturally speaks in such a way that makes Florinia look uneducated... He got a full ride to a private college on merit, is super involved in Key Club, used to play football- is good at basically everything.. But he adores cuteness too. When choosing what Pokemon to use, he considers their moves, their stats, and how cute they are. ...Chikorita happens to be his favorite, hence a certain adoptable. But he's an interesting person, and he was my best friend for years. I have said this before, but- It is for Rekaru that the League was created. How or why the idea arose, I can't say, but it was a very long time ago that I decided it would be done. Despite this... He refuses to participate... But that is his choice, of course. So be it. These various sites that I was on now, World of Aryon, Epiphany Gaming, Kobras Realm, Omega Sanctum, as well as MonkeyPro, started by the aforementioned MonkeyDog, and whatever peripheral irrelevant forums I was on at the time, fluxed in and out of activity, both overall and on my part for several years... Parallel to those, however, anticipating the release of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, I set up a new forum, PokePlace, as part of WoA. PokePlace was never intended to get big... And the league idea only happened after Rekaru (and was going to be over wifi, lol.) mentioned it... But the site was created just to be a place for the people from those sites I mentioned to have a common ground to hang out if they liked Pokemon. It really was never anything more than a side project, which accounted for its annual death...And come summer, when there were hours to be burnt, its eventual rebirth. Thus the name. This cycle continued on for many years, but as it went, we really gained fewer and fewer members back each time. Eventually, it was Ashen of Kobras Realm and Omega Sanctum who hosted us for a year, and went on to make her own Pokemon site... Which... seems to have gone down by now. Sadness; there goes my earlier idea. Miss Kitty I later met, lingering in the carcas of Kobras Realm (Omega Sanctum never got off the ground, and everyone went back to KR), which I believe still clings barely to life to this day... Epiphany Gaming collapsed, merging into MonkeyPro, along with World of Aryon, wherein which this past year, the league started, and died with my own mental collapse from IRL events. Then in summer, I recrafted it with the fifth or so incarnation... And the rest, they say is history. *sitting here bored in class; hey, look, a nice friendly topic to type out a lengthy response to* Once upon a time, there was a young child, named AmethystStor- wait, that wasn't my name back then. "Back then," I was still parading around as Ghaleon, the main villain from Silver Star Story, or as I knew it, Lunar Legend. And Ghaleon became FEleonLodist became Cyberian became Euphorian became Engel im Der Regen became AmethystStorm. O hai. Once upon a time, there was also a kid who went to my preschool. Then I dropped out of preschool because they made me take naps and naps suck. Three years pass. That kid moves in to a house just a few blocks away, and he comes over to visit. So he brings his gameboy; and I have one too of course, but whereas I only have Star Wars and Tetris for mine, he has this weird game called Pokemon (Blue version). Pokemon, huh? I'd heard of it. I saw the first episode in school once, and I must have seen a couple others on TV. Let's see, so I knew Pikachu, and Charmander, and one of my classmates wrote a story abouyt Jigglypuff and read it to the class for Show and Tell. And it sounded dumb. I wanted nothing to do with it. And then my friend tells me that you can find Pikachu in the forest he's in, and he hands me the gameboy, and I wander around for a little bit, and oh, look, I find a Pik- Caterpie. Boring. I handed him the game back, and we proceeded to mess around in the back yard for a while (we had a tire swing, so we made up our own competition between each other; the Tire Swing Olympics, to see who could get the highest swings, best tricks, etc... I always won of course. Maybe.) And I cared nothing more for the whole Pokemon thing. Oh, except for the fact that I begged my dad to go out and buy it for me the next day. Pokemon was cool and all, but it got boring after I swept the Elite 4 with my super awesome legendary bird trio for the 9001st time. So later in the year, I went over to my friend's house (same friend) and since he had no tire swing, we were always at a loss for what to do. He digs through his games and finds this one... He says he wasn't supposed to buy it, since it was violent, dealing with swords and killing things and all the stuff six year olds should have nothing to do with, but they were out of Looney Tunes games so he got it anyway. He pops it into the Gameboy, and is reminded that he got stuck at the very outset. I take over. I find a shield, and use it to push the spike sea urchins out of the way, where, and thus uncover a sword lying on a beach. Thus begins our adventure in Zelda: Link's Awakening. Which I also begged my dad to go buy for me the next day. Flash forward. My friend, who continues to be this friend to this day, known to the older members of this place, WoA or MP as Rhapsody, and I made a habit of creating our own Zelda Maps, games, monsters, bosses, and also our own Pokemon. I recall drawing tons of design ideas... The only ones I remember were one called Hiya (I was seven; shut up) a Fighting/Psychic type that is actually not all that different than Medicham (perhaps crossed with Mr. Mime), and a three-stage Pokemon named Tornex. It was a Wind type... Yes, I created a Wind Type, because it's different from Flying. >.>; Rhap says that I made many different types: Magnet, Book... Bread Type... I remember none of it, and insist he was lying. Anyway, one thing lead to another, and I became interested in legitimately creating these Zelda maps, and Pokemon, so I invested time in combing the web, searching for a program with which to create these games. Four years later, I found my holy grail, in RPG Maker 2003. I joined a community called Likwid, which was active and thriving and fun and amazing and all those other things communities should be. Among the many members there is one I recalled named Seryu. Seryu was a moderator- no, Seryu was THE Moderator. He was the guy everyone knew not to mess with because he would mess you up- and he kept the site in good, clean order. During in my stay there, it was revealed that Seryu was only 12. I was 11 at the time, but I knew that was still pretty young for the internet- and the reactions of the other members confirmed this. Most people expected a person in his early twenties, and- sites don't have mouths of course, but the community's collective jaw plummeted. In my further pursuits, I spread out and discovered a site called Rathnar Gaming, a second RPG Maker site which I probably would not have given a second look at had it not featured a beautiful picture of a young girl cuddling an adorable wolfie... What? Anyway, I stuck around their forum, and, it wasn't nearly as active as Likwid's but far from dead. Then I saw on their site and application for staff. I clicked it, because ? They had some correctional issues across the site I thought I could help out as a moderator. The form loaded, and I was immediately discouraged by the second field: "Age-" Well, no way they would sign on an 11 year old to help keep a bunch of 16 year olds in check, nosiree. But then I thought, if Seryu, could do it, why couldn't I? I filled out the application, and was accepted within the week. During this time, also, there was a third RPG Making site I somehow discovered called Kobras Realm. Kobras Realm was somewhere in between the sizes of Rathnar and Likwid, but not nearly as controlled as either. In this time, decisions were made on the site via the voting of an oligarchy, the Council, who would then meet and discuss site affairs and develop new policies and make it sound all very official for not a lot of work. However, Kobras Realm would introduce several great people to me, the first of which was a girl name trance2, but who most people here would know as Ashen. Ashen was rather assertive than one would expect from such a girl, and as such, when I arrived was a moderator of Kobras Realm. In due time, she was promoted to admin, I believe, and eventually took over running most of the site. Hm... This gives me an idea.... Likwid RPG Making was an excellent site that Rhapsody and I both stayed on for quite a while, but after a couple years slowly declined into a place that we would leave. In this time, he and I parted ways in our internet affairs (he and I still visit somewhat regularly in real life, when he's not attending MIT) as he entered the Animal Crossing fandom community where I stayed on track in Rathnar and Kobras Realm... kinda. Although I was well known in Kobras Realm, I was never terribly active aside from addressing the questions and troubles members had in creating their games. Kobras Realm took a back seat for a very long time. Rathnar Gaming took a dramatic turn all of the sudden, changing its name to Epiphany Gaming, and suddenly turning into a Final Fantasy fan site. Well, I had no interest in Final Fantasy, so I made a quick exit and didn't look back. Instead, I found interest in a new forum called Cheatplanet. Cheatplanet was a large-scale gaming site, much busier and more chaotic than even Likwid. I mainly kept to only a single forum, the Video Gaming Help Forum, addressing question after question about Megaman Battle Network 3. [i]I[/i] had the strategy guide, so I was always right anyways~ But that's not important. Among the many newbs who failed to solve the game's riddles, there was another name I saw fairly often, Soulstrike96. He seemed to be a good deal more intelligent than most of the members of the site, and he and I got to talking somehow or another. Eventually, he and I were both conned into joining another members' fledgling gaming site. And that site, as most new sites are, was pure disaster. If not for the fact that it died and was revived countless times in a period of months, then for the fact that, following his example, every other member of his site also wanted to make their own site, and did so. Another interesting thing about fledgling sites is they all want their own look, a custom skin. Unfortunately, most of them being about my age, still 11 at the time, none of them knew how to make it. ...Except me, because my father was a geek, and taught me HTML and CSS scripting when I was 10 (along with other things 10 year olds should know, such as fancy names for chess strategies and epistemological theories). It was in this way that I became the co-admin of about twenty different communities all at once. All of which died, all at once. In the end, only Soulstrike and I were left, and I invited him to come to my own personal forum, which he joined under the name Maelstrom. Hm. Looks like I'll have to finish later.

Yep. I met Mael on the Cheatplanet forums, and then he and I got dragged onto about seventeen incarnations of xcvb's gaming forums and then I made him join WoA. WoA filtered into PokePlace, and so on.

It is also the most re-modernized district of the city, despite only having one building now, in the shape of Reborn's logo. Registration, Signs ups, Card distribution, Log Files, etc are handled in this building. It can be thought of as the main hall of the server. The raised walkway is romantically lit at night, while the archways lead into the second district, across railroad tracks and a water channel. [u]District 2 [/u]The largest district of the city, spanning the entire north and eastern area across the bridges from District 1. The northernmost part of the district is occupied by the Grand Stairway, leading up to the main Gates of Reborn City, but sadly, be it from the ragnarok previous, or simply decades of disuse, the gates are no longer operational, let alone functional. Travelers since have to find alternative routes to the area north of the city. Nestled in a corner next to the Grand Stairway is the Nightclub as well as a residential subdistrict. In contrary to this, the remainder of the northern half of District 2 is primarily commercial, though again, many of the buildings throughout the area have been destroyed too much for use. Dividing the North part of District 2 from the Central and South parts was an icon of the economy of Reborn. One of the three commercial powers in the city, the HQ of the Yureyu Company sits as one of the tallest buildings in the city. Yureyu was the largest employer in the city, owning many factories, stores, and the Northern Power Plant. While the building's location, centralized in the most active district, was key to their gaining control of the market, it was to be their downfall. That central location happened to be placed on hollow ground above the railroad tracks that run under Distrct 2. Because of the lack of structural support, the Earthquakes ripped apart the ground around the HQ, and in turn the building itself. It manages to stand, but is unusable, and even unreachable due to the chasms and fissures that have ruptured around it. This same destruction makes it impossible to even pass directly between the North and Central/South parts of the second district (without detouring through District 1). So ended the esteemed Yureyu company. Directly East of District 1 is the Central portion of District 2. Previously the most lively area of town, and almost entirely commercial, it would be thought of as the downtown. A Pokemon Center and Department Store are located in this area, however, due to the same fissures as near the Yureyu company, are only accessible via District 3 (making it perhaps the MOST inconvenient Pokemon Center in the world) The second commercial power of Reborn, owning both the Department Store and the Pokemon Center is conveniently located just across the street from those. The Pokemon Inc. building had difficulty competing with the strong localized market of Yureyu, but since Yureyu's fall, it has become the most stable employer in the city at present. In contrast, at the opposite end of the street that Pokemon Inc is on is the third commercial power, the Devon Corporation. Devon, having its roots in Hoenn, had been seeking to branch out into other regions. Using its company's backing to gain influence in the reason, it looked like the Devon Corporation could have made it in the three-way stand off between the companies. However, when Yureyu was forced under, most of those who had been loyal to it transferred to Pokemon Inc, instead, and the balance of power shifted. Now struggling, Reborn's Devon branch threatens to go bankrupt any day now. East further from the downtown area is a park with a number of small businesses and condominiums placed around its perimeter. The park can be thought of much like Central Park in New York, though it may be a bit smaller, it is still sizable. Most of the plant life thrives to date, but the largest tree, in the center of the area, has withered, decayed, and remains grotesquely broken over the scenery. There's little to say about the Southern portion of District 2. It's buildings are mostly lower-class residential, or office buildings that have fallen into decline as well. Even the residential plaza in the southernmost tip of the district is now a ghost-town since the ragnarok, most of the buildings smashed beyond repair. This area provides what is by far the best view of the lake south of the city, and was a close, comfortable community to those who lived there, but to those outside, it would be more regarded as the slums of the city- especially now. [u]District 3 [/u]The third district sits above the chaos and destruction of the second- rather calmly. Its outer roads provide the best view of the eastern part of the city, while the remainder of the district is strictly residential- a sort of suburban neighborhood. This district also afford a second entrance to the department store, entering from the top floor instead of the bottom. Entering this way makes the Pokemon Center in District 2 accessible, since the lower entrance to the department and the center both are blocked off together by fissures. The most notable building in District 3, however, nestled against the walls in the back-most corner of the city, is the Reborn branch of the Pokemon Technical Institute. The university, having spread out from its original location in Kanto, is a sort of boarding school for young trainers. Children are accepted at a variety of ages, and in turn will tend to graduate around the time they are 18. In this sense, PTI also replaces the classic schooling system especially for many of the residents of District 3, it being so close. The PTI building serves a second purpose, however, in that it is also one of three gyms within the city limits. PTI hosts an arena located on its school grounds, used for training and curricular activities during the day. However, in the school's off-hours, the Grass Gym takes control of the arena, conducting their battles there instead. Florinia, a recent graduate of the institute, has taken over the post of Gym Leader due to the old professor who held it previously retiring. [u]District 4 [/u]The fourth district is the second largest district of the city, by far- and only barely smaller than District 2 simply for the fact that much of its space is occupied by industrial buildings. The fourth district as a whole is the primary industrial area of Reborn City, especially the half of the district separated by the train tracks to the west. The district is actually separate into three parts by train tracks, one set running north outside of the city, the other crossing under the bridges of District 1 and hidden under District 2. The western part of the district, contains most of the industrial workshops, factories, and corporate offices not in the downtown of District 2. The largest factory in Reborn also sits in this area against the western-city mountain wall, conveniently next to the souther lake, which it may or may not be still filtering toxins in despite the fact that this Factory is out of use. Team Meteor and some rumours about Registeel have been linked to this location. The northern most tip of the this district, by the railroad gate to the northern desert is mostly residential, a middle class neighborhood. The North-East part of the district is an even mix of residential, near the desert gate again, commercial, closer to district one, and several industrial buildings in between. Similar to the Pokecenter and Pokemart of District 2, the taller, easternmost buildings of this area connect to District 6, otherwise accessed only from the north part of District 2. The South-East portion, however, is perhaps the most important, and therefore busiest area, in that it is closest to District 1, the center of town and the league, and also that it has several of the largest and most important buildings in the city as well. The first of which is the Train Station, right at the tip of the district, the lake bordering it on two sides. Two lines leave and arrive here, one heading through the Northern Desert, the other under Districts 1 and 2 to East of the City. The other important building in the area is the New Power Plant. Previously, the City received its power from a plant owned and operated by the Yureyu company, that was stored in the outskirts of the city. When the Yureyu company went under due to Earthquakes that tore apart their headquarters in District 2, they were unable to maintain the power plant outside of the city, and so, Yureyu's fall caused the entirity of Reborn City to black-out. However, with the community's redevelopment, the new one was built right smack-dab in the middle of everything, where it could be easily maintained without giving a monopoly to either of the commercial powers. Julia, a recent graduate of the Pokemon Technical Institute in District 3 was placed in charge of this New Power Plant due to her skill with the Electric type. However, she horribly detested the grotesque industrial architecture and overall impression of the building, therefore, she barricaded the entire power plant up, painted it a bright yellow, and built a Pokemon Gym on top of it. Being the closest to the center, it is usually the first gym new trainers will attend, explaining her position as the lowest ranking leader (at this time?). [u]District 8 [/u]The eighth district is the smallest and newest in the city. South of District 2, the stairway descends into the shadows of the peaks. Here, a very small residential neighborhood was constructed, in conjunction with a port. The port is the only one in the city, and though it has mostly fallen out of use, especially after the ragnarok, it is the only method through which navigate the lake south of the city, reach the hidden island in the center, or the far shore opposite to the city. [u]South-west Shore[/u] Directly across the southern lake from the city is a small remote beach characterized by its dark grey shores. The location can only be reached via the water, presumably from the pier in District 8. There is very little in this area. That fact is precisely the reason that Kiki lives in this place. She has erected a simple shack for herself, standing isolated on the dark shore, wherein she lives in peace, away from chaos of the city. In turn, this beach becomes the location of Kiki's Gym Battles. Towering above the beach is the vast mountain range making up the south-west part of the Ring of Fire that surrounds the region. But higher still above that is the only remaining active volcano in Reborn. The volcanic activity accounts for the ash and stone which has colored the beach below. Kiki's pupil, Cal, has ventured to a location very near the top of the mountain, and stays there as part of his training. Consequently, Gym Battles for Cal are fought at the very summit of this volcano. Finally, separate and unreachable from the shore on which Kiki and Cal stay, is a narrow beach, of pearly white sand, and no civilization at all. At the end of this beach, an opening is found, leading into yet another mountain in the Ring of Fire. What's inside this cave? Nobody knows. ---------------------------- [u]District 5[/u]- District 5 sits northwest from District 4, but has fallen into complete and total disarray. In truth, this area of the city is more like a forest than civilization, what with dozens of tress bursting through the walkways in between the broken buildings. In many places, the rubble of crumbling structures blocks the path as well, making it extremely difficult to traverse this relatively small district. [u]District 6[/u]- District 6 sits Northeast of the District 4, across the the train tracks from District 5, but is only accessible via the stairway connected to the upper subdivision of District 2. This area remains a relatively undamaged upper-class residential area, but more importantly is home to Shelly's Gym, a building made solely of glass, nested in the back-most corner of the district. [u]District 7[/u]- District 7 is a rather large area, and the northernmost district in the entire city. It encompasses the northern wall/bridge, separating the city from the desert outside. Normally, the district is accessible via District 5, however due to the extreme destruction of the area, only the bridge can be reached from the main stairway. To reach the depth of the area, one must travel through the more broken and forested parts of District 5 and climb through the forests and buildings to the next tier. Once inside this inner-area of District 7, it is much like a polarized version of District 5. The northern part of the area is completely undamaged, and still has its own active community, though it is disconnected from the main city due to the damage. In contrast, the southern half of the district is even more forested, broken, and dangerous that District 5. Main buildings can be seen having been uprooted or destroyed entirely. This is in part the fault of a massive tree that has grown in the center of the district, its roots surging through the city, un-haltingly. Since, the tree has died, and the massive roots, solidified into place- some even piercing through buildings or into the air. In the forested area itself, however, many people often say they hear the echoing voice of a young girl crying, her tears carried on the wind... North of the district, and into which the district is built is one of the largest mountains of Reborn. Climbing the staircase towards it, one would first reach a very old building, its grey and dull bricks collapsing more by the day. This would be gym of the former Poison Leader, Corey. However, since his death, his daughter, Heather, has taken refugee in the building, not paying any mind to its disarray, and so it became the shattering Flying gym. Along a mountain path to the west, there is a very small cemetary, including two grave beds against one grave stone- that reads the name of Heather's mother. A smaller stairway from there leads into a forest clearing- a very pleasant, peaceful, if small, plains area, which then connects back into the urban jungle. Due to its seclusion and distance from the surviving activity of District 7, it is a very peaceful, secluded area. [u]Southern Wastelands[/u]- And now for something completely different. Alllll the way on the exact opposite corner of the map from District 7, southeast of the city, is the Southern Wastelands- or rather, the very small tip of them that reaches into the region. Being that much of outside of Reborn is covered in this toxic waste landscape, if not desert, this is the only part accessible due to the extremely chaotic terrain that quickly becomes impossible to traverse. The ground, and even the walls and objects here are coated in a purple-greyish composition, taking globbed ugly forms, sticking itself onto things, and then hardening completely. Where this substance comes from, or how it is displaced, no one is quite sure, but it is kept at bay only by city walls and the expanses of mountains- though for how long, no one knows. This area has an extreme peculiarity, in that objects from across the city turn up here with no explanation. This is not to say a pocketwatch might be found here- though perhaps- but much larger objects. Buildings in particular, sometimes burst out of the ground suddenly- and though they distinctly match the city's architectural style, no one can track from where they've come. In addition, many broken train cars lie piled up around the waste, along with trees- some of them growing out of the ground upside down- or even the roots from the wooden mangled mess of District 7. In some of these random buildings, the Gym leader Cain has made a home- a makeshift gym, and runs his business there. Being that it is just outside of the city, and not too far into the wastes, it is usually fairly accessible to challengers. Additionally, a grotto has formed under the coating of waste, at the southernmost border of the region. Tonight, I have very unfortunate news. However, this needs to be addressed. Although the newer members to our community would not have known him... And although his character was not a particularly pleasant one as we knew it... The former Poison Gym Leader of the Reborn League, Corey as he was known, has passed away. The older regulars of this site, probably know the implications of this. Our Flying Leader, Heather, was his daughter. She currently lives with the Ice Leader, Blake. Sounds like a soap opera? Yes. But this progression of events of their characters was suggested as based off of Reality. Blake is Heather's foster father. Her real father followed her, to watch over her on behalf of his departed wife, who died in childbirth. Through the league, he was able to get closer to Blake. And once he had ascertained that he was a capable guardian, took his leave to be reunited with his wife. Only Blake was told originally, he relayed to me, me to the staff... And tonight, we just told Heather herself. Needless to say, this is an extremely difficult thing for anyone to deal with, especially her, and especially Blake. Because of this, I beg the full support and understanding of the entirety of our member-base. For Heather, and Blake, and for each other. I understand this may be a difficult thing for some of you to accept... I'll be open to talk to, if anyone needs it. I don't know, I've probably left something out, but... We will get through this, as a community. And we will be the family that she doesn't have... This is if she even chooses to stay with us. But regardless... We must be there for her, and for each other. Stand by me now, if ever you would.

Goodness, was I wrong. I would like to thank the challengers too, the members, both veterans and newcomers, because it is you, the audience, who make this possible. I am grateful for each and every one of you. If you believe yourself to be an annoyance, or in some other way, not good enough to be company to our community- you are wrong. Because I, at least, am glad that you are here. I do not see any of you as burdens, or bothers. And there is not a single one among you who I hate, or even dislike. And as long as that is true, you will all always have a home, and friends here. This is your site. All of yours, because you make the challenge worth living. To my other staff, I am indebted to you as well. Without you all, I would have cracked under the weight of this site long ago. This will not come as a terrible surprise to anybody who has been paying attention for the weekend, but, Reborn finally has the framework of a tutoring program underway! Any and all newbies are encouraged to sign up if they feel they could use the help- but we ask you bear with us as we iron out the schematics of the system. Anyone interested in being a tutor themselves is, at this time, required to have at least ten badges from the Reborn League, but given recent trends that may change. Experience is the best teacher, so we are teaching ourselves how to teach you. (Well I think it's a good excuse) More important to some of the regulars may be this, however: An update the the Scroll tag's code has been implemented expanding scroll boxes to a size necessary to fit Gen V Reborn League Trainer cards. Because of the Trainer Card updates, Gen V trainer cards previously stretched the Scroll box making it convenient to store them in such areas- but that has since been fixed. What you DO need to know however, is that if you were using a scroll tag in your signature previously, you need to update your signature for this change to take effect. Additionally, there maybe some HTML code that gets left behind, so simply delete that and put the Scroll tags back in its place. Look for <carrots> to tell you what is the HTML. With this change and eased convenience, Reborn will now be enforcing a length limit on Signatures. They should not be longer than about 400 pixels or so. Now, that's about enough room to fit two scroll boxes (which you can jam literally infinite stuff into if you so which) and then some, so this should not be terribly limiting. If we find your signature in violation of this, you may be asked to edit it or contain it within Scroll- or we might just do it for you if you don't. Any questions or concerns can be PM'd to me on the forums~

Nine months ago, when the Reborn League was first launched on MonkeyPro, all trainer cards were a very, very boring orange/gold color. Why would I do this? I don't know. I don't even -like- orange. In fact, I rather despise it. It's all... orangey, and- But that's not the point of this topic. It was only a couple weeks after that that I found a quick method to change the background, and then I realized, not all colors match with a gold frame. So, the Silver Frame was created. And I decided to be clever, and say the Gold and Silver frames were commemorative of the conveniently timed release of English HeartGold and SoulSilver. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. SO, a bit late, but to celebrate the release of 5th gen, I've made Black and White frames for Reborn League Trainer Cards! They are available on request to all challengers. If your Gen5 Trainer Card has already been made, and you would like to switch its Frame Color to Black or White, PM your request to me or, preferably, N8, and we will most likely attend to it over the weekend. Additionally, I've re-sprited the badges for an over-all smoother appearance. But nobody really cares about this except for me, since they're little details and such and there's no real re-design, so it's not even worth applying retro-actively...
