  1. It does include that, and when there are multiple options like that it has a chance of rolling either.
  2. The functionality has been removed in recent updates-- sorry! We recommend using a program like Lightshot or Gyazo. They are quicker and have more features anyway.
  3. Some people have had luck with putting Linux on a flash driving and running the game from that, since Windows disabled compatibility with some GPUs that otherwise would have been fine. Cass wrote some words about that here: https://www.rebornevo.com/rejuvdev/records/v13-and-mkxp-r31/
  4. Check your laptop's power saving settings-- they might be set to use more power when on battery rather than less. Alternatively, make sure you don't have any peripherals plugged in that would be draining power.
  5. It is because of loading an old save; it still has old map information saved. Exit and reenter the circus and it should fix itself.
  6. It's not just graphical-- it's also specifically a problem for lower end GPUs and there's not much we can do about it. The same thing will happen with your badges. If you have a different GPU you could force the game to run on that.
  7. We've had people get around this just by minimizing the window, closing the game, and then reopening. Stupid but it's worked.
  8. Norton Antivirus is preventing you from saving; you'll need to make an exception for it.
  9. This is expected since you're now paying to unlock the move permanently. So you can teach it at any time freely in the game after that.
  10. Exciting. We've been seeing some people have luck with this issue when they remove the accent e from the game folder. Try maybe?
  11. It's possible your save is mucked up by the mod. updater.exe only updates your game files-- you'll probably need to post your save and ask for help.
  12. Hi there! We've kept y'all in mind when making updates to the game and I'm also very excited to see how e19 routes. I'll run you down the specific speedrun password features as of now: Pokemon won't gain EXP over the level cap Psychic type event pokemon are guaranteed from RNG events. I feel a little weird about this because i don't want to "enforce" a specific type route but I know Espurr is pretty core generally. Pokemon can use qualified HM moves without knowing them All obtainable pokemon have 31 IVs (but online play is disabled) Damage rolls are removed from the game; all damage values take the average of their possibilities You will get the same weather pattern every time You can control the weather from the pokegear Free Mega Ring The incubator is unlocked from the start for instant breeding, should you for some reason want it Grand Hall trainers give EXP candy without having to battle htem Free mint pack at start Free EXP All pack at start In addition to that, there is one more variant! We noticed it was a little bit faster, but much more difficult. So once you have some muscle memory down for routes, you might try "speedrunnotx". Good luck!

  14. The PBS stuff hasn't really changed, they're just not available for e19 yet since they may still be changing during testing. You can pretty much do stuff the same way as before with debugmenu > compile trainers

Yeah so like Avallyn said, we can't add the keys super easily like they were in E18 since we switched from the keys being handled in [the code of the game] to the keys and rebinding beind handled in the [the code of the engine], and it's a lot more difficult to work with the engine than the game itself. Notably we would need to be editing the F1 UI to add more options there which has mainly been handled by the MKXP devs externally since I don't think anyone on our team is immediately familiar with the code they use. (And also even once implemented, rebuilding and testing the new [engine] is its own ordeal since it tends to change how the game's code behaves) So, I am very aware of the limitations here kind of sucking and I'm sorry to those on controllers-- it just wasn't practical to do for now. Maybe we can get some help with it in the future.
  16. Hi, yes, this is caused by playing on save files that have used mods in the past. You'll need to get someone to fix your save-- I suggest posting in the Unstuck Me thread.
  17. On April 16th, 2012, Reborn release its first episode to the community. It was janky, incomplete, and thrown together within two weeks. I thought I would get bored of the project and drop it after another month. It was never expected to further than this site. Ten years later, thanks to the overflowing and resounding support of everyone both in and outside of the community, I honored and ecstatic to be able to bring you the final complete version of the game. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped us reach this point, been part of the community, or simply enjoyed the game and waited patiently. This belongs to all of us together. That said, this is still technically a beta version! So let's keep some things in mind! Please remember to save often! Turbulence is expected. Respect others' spoiler preferences Given the vast amount of content and players starting from various points, better safe than sorry when it comes to spoilers! Some people will not be playing early game or postgame right away, so please keep this in mind when posting images and making topic titles. This goes double for people datamining through game files and code. Keep it to yourself and let others have the joy of discovering things in game.   20. We will be continuing to take bug reports in the forum! I watched Rejuv's release and didnt feel super optimistic about the spreadsheet myself. But new forum features will show duplicate thread titles to help reduce that, and we've got some folks who are handling the sifting for us. So far, it's been great. The "good old difficulty" really hasn't changed that much. If it feels easier, you've probably just gotten better as a player. But if you do want to push the envelope that much further there are a handful of passwords that can give enemies a numerical advantage. I've heard good things from testers about the "fullevs" password for this. We are not going to be enforcing the content to stay within the community, so you are allowed to stream it as you wish. But if a personal request makes any difference to you, I would rather you either make clear that it's still a beta version, or just wait until the public release (especially if you have a large audience). There will be a dedicated typo thread~ It is a distinct possibility, which is why we waited to finish postgame before releasing. I think if we were going to get shut down, now is the most likely time to do so. Still, I hope Nintendo can continue to show some good faith to fans and look the other way, especially now that their franchise is now more and more going in a different niche direction. I've been told by a lot of people that Reborn has helped get people back into the franchise, but everyone involved walks a very thin line here. The mode you're thinking of is probably the "easyhms" password. We do still use HMs as normal beyond that though. I do recommend that password in general. I hear some cool folks have already compiled such a thing from testing! If nothing else, you could always have a friend trade them between your save files Interesting idea. What do folks usually do on the celebration streams, just chat?? It's been a while since we've had a stream so it probably wouldn't hurt! One of the focuses of our testing time has been to implement enough QoL features that you don't necessarily have to to turn to debug in order to not suffer through grinding EVs and such, so I hope you'll give some of those new features a try before jumping straight there... But if you must use debug... You're accepting the responsibility that we don't find out about it. It is very possible to create gamebreaks and such with it so be responsible, keep it to yourself, and verify any reports you would post still happen on a non-debug copy. Although Rejuv's stuff was very fun, we don't have anything like that planned.... I just want to get the game out and functional and not perish. Trailers like that also just draw too much attention at this risky point. A new section will be visible to those with forum accounts where it will be posted~ I will probably try to hold onto them until the public release. If you're a modder who would need them to update your content or something though, I am willing to share. -- I missed the quote but to the person who asked if Mac is compatible with Online-- I believe it is now.
  21. it's really funny that you come in here trying to posture over an admin and dev, but get her gender wrong in the same breath. it really demonstrates the extent to which you've put in any effort to understand the people you're complaining about. could you maybe consider applying 5% of your power to good faith, positivity or better community interactions instead of cynicism and humblebragging about dragging down a comment section yet again? or is that too much for you?
