  1. Of course now I may as well not say anything else, because it's right in the title. But click the image or link below to jump to its description! The Holy Field blesses its righteous combatants with divine power, banishing the occult and blasphemous types, restoring purer elements to their proper grace, and augmenting the powers of our beloved legendaries. While players will have already encountered this field once or twice in their journey so far, those who have paid close attention can probably guess when they'll have a climactic encounter on it... eventually. Nonetheless, have faith that E15 will soon be answered. And, once again, your direction will be tested-- can you be sure you walk the right path? Pray that you do.

  4. That quest can't be completed after a certain point in the story. I think around noel iirc. I could be not rc'ing though.
  5. i'd go crazy. I can look at more mapping videos if people like. The E16 stuff might be a little weird with that though. We'll see. That was part sloth, part my not having yet resigned to having a mrgrgr self-insert character here. I did actually update in-game Ame's sprites for E15 though. (Even the one that appears at the intro was just a file I had sitting around from showing off the custom sprite system for our Trainer Cards) Not that one. Although it is, again, something I'm waiting on the others for.
  6. thank you for thinking of the real victim here <3 same same same I would be hopeful for a BW2 type game except I'm under the impression that they did not sell as well? I don't know if that's actually accurate or if I managed to make that up. Personally I'm pulling for Kanto remake or XY2. but anything that doesn't require me to sprite much, is ok.

  8. Nah, Jan's not going to be doing most of that. It's mostly recolor so it would take me longer to explain to him what to do than it would to just do it myself. Lots and lots of little things. Sidequests aren't super involved, but. There's gonna be a lot of them.

  10. * Cave * Cave ceilings now require two uses of the move to collapse. * Cave collapses now happen at the end of the turn rather than before damage calculation. * Pokemon using Endure, or having Sturdy may survive the collapse with 1 HP from full health. * Pokemon with Battle Armor and Shell armor take 50% damage from the collapse. * Pokemon with Solid Rock take 33% damage from the collapse. * Pokemon behind protect moves including Wide Guard, or having Bulletproof, Rock Head or Wonderguard are immune to the collapse damage. * Now transformed into Crystal Cavern by Power Gem or Diamond Storm * Only non-contact Flying-type moves are now reduced in power.

  14. This is probably my homeland. Or something. The next field effect to be revealed is the Crystal Cavern! Click that link or the picture below to see its details. As players, you've all seen most of the places this is going to show up already. And yes! Rejoice! That means no more Arena Trap-Magnitude helplessly collapsing the cave field on you! (Although that was solved too since it now takes two EQs/whatevers to collapse the Cave field, and some stuff is resistant to it). Speaking of changes to other fields, since you won't see the context here: The field previously known as the Pitch Black field has been relabeled to the aforementioned Dark Crystal Cavern, and can now be temporarily transformed into this Crystal Cavern while the weather is Sunny. ...Or you can just EQ/Bulldoze the crystals and make it a normal cave anyway. Similarly, Power Gem and Diamond Storm will now transform the Cave into this Crystal Cavern. In other words, they're all potentially interchangeable. Two more fields for E15 remain...
  15. I was concerned about the above too, but I guess that's only the case for Honedge? There's a guy in the anime who seems to have no problem holding onto his Aegi, so I figure it's fine.
  16. Yeah, we were still on XY TMs before. This change has already been made and Secret Power is available now. Those attacks don't deal -additional- water/poison damage; they become water/poison type. so they're not ground on that field in the first place, and as such, don't fail. The last percent in scripting is just a single item bug we'd like to get resolved. The last percent in event updates is something I'm waiting on one of the others to complete before I add. As I said, that's just documentation. Which I'm also waiting on. As a general rule, I hold betas to a one-week minimum + additional time if it seems like it's particularly unstable/something is proving problematic to fix. It's not so much of an are-we-there-yet thing as to deserve a progress bar, because I don't have a set amount of progress that needs to be reached. This first part of the story %, as mentioned in the other topic, has been making graphics relevant to the story, But after noticing how terribly outdated some characters' graphics, are, I've just been redoing a handful of them. Titania is one such example, since her two previously existing sprites were kind of two different time-frames for her, and the game is a mid-point between them.
  17. For the episode most of it was some stuff with music + updating serra's gym. I also use it as a run-over category. For instance, Event Updates are now at 99% but I sometimes write down new things to do. Rather than make the percent appear to go down, not that I won't sometimes have to do that, when I get those newly-added things done, I'm just tacking it onto Misc's total. At this point you can pay less attention to that category, because it'll be auto-completed pretty much whenever the episode story is done.
  18. Yeah, this is true with all fields. The effects stack. Secret Power doesn't get the type-boost; only special normal moves do. Secret Power is physical.

  20. If anything, it should be the opposite. It takes like forever for snow to melt off of mountain peaks, even through sunlight and summer, because it's still so cold up there. Or at least, that's the case for the 14'ers around here.
