When you white out and return to the labby thing at the center of town the lady asks if you want to heal your Pokemon despite the fact that they're already restored. If you say no, entering a Pokecenter will cause the starting over dialogue to play instantly.
When you fight Mr. Shiny Bigglesworth the transition scene just says 'and Gang'

Melia seemed to imply she would heal your Pokemon, but that definitely didn't seem to be happening.

Not a bug but general feedback: Alpha Metronome is a walking plot hole the way it's explained right now...

http://prntscr.com/4l5j1q - Two points: one, those walls are 2 tiles high each but the stairs only go up one tile each, so there's a discrepancy in elevation and it's looking somewhat weird. Two, having drained the water, what was it being contained by? Presently it looks like it would just flood the whole gym.

Turns out Prankster Cottonee, the few revives I got before, and a little bit of luck go a long way. I was able to defeat this thing on the first try and despite not expecting it. Of course, the dialogue didn't seem to have changed so it was a little disappointing, but still great success.
