What is better overall? Slow, bulky pivoter, or fast and very offensive pivoter?
Should that specific Pokemon take hit, then switch out to other, or switch out as fast as possible, and give it to bulkier Pokemon or someone who resists?
Oh, I should specify that the specific Pokemon is is pretty defensively built in terms of base stats and typing, but also isn't particularly slow either, around 80 Base Speed.
I know that this might be a dumb question, but I have a dilemma about the project... the 15th one this day...

Splitting EVs... SUCKS!
Having to calculate how many EVs in HP or either Defenses are necessary to survive that specific move from that specific Pokemon on that specific Field with that specific stat changes and with that specific moveset...
It wouldn't be that bad if I had a list of Pokemon opponent could have theorically bring, but NO - they can bring fucking everything! And knowing some of them love doing random strats with very niche or useless Pokemon-... Those from Smogon boast how they can create the best movesets, stat spreads and all, but only because they - most of the time - have a predetermined list of Pokemon that can appear on that specific tier. And those Pokemon usually already have specific moves, so it's far easier.
But I, knowing that every single Pokemon (even those NFE) with random movesets can appear, and also Fields are a factor too-... I can't split EVs like a pro because of that. And I can't split EVs at all...
So... In that project... You will have simply 2x252 EV and 1x4 EV, because I don't want to waste my life doing something which is completely insignificant.

I mean that every set would consist of 2 stats having 252 EVs (maximum) and 1 having 4 EVs because... 6 EVs will have the exact same effect as 4 EVs, and 2 EVs the effect of 0 EVs
EVs work in such way that 4 EVs are equal to 1 point in total stat. That's why all stat spreads have the EV numbers sorted in that way so every number of EV given to one stat is divisible by 4.
Yes, the maximum number of EVs total is 510, but 510 isn't divisible by 4, so there will be points left, which will do nothing.

Gen 9 is being introduced: Pokemon Scarlet/Violet - we're returning to naming after colors, huh? And honestly, I wonder in what kind of direction will it be taken?
Apparently, basing on architecture and names of known Pokemon, it's gonna be based on Spain and/or Portugal.
Also... I ADORE the grass starter (Sprigatito), and the others are, ummmm, ok. And the game itself looks decently - but I mostly care about storyline, because the Sw/Sh one sucked, despite one of the best bunch of characters in all mainline regions.
We only have to wait until December, most likely, to see how are the games gonna roll.
Plus, I don't know why, but I imagine Amethyst banging her head against the wall with other devs watching, because she knows there's a chance that after a year, fandom will ask "Gen 9 in Reborn when?", when Gen 8 isn't even certain to be included.

By that I mean that... I have almost no ideas for towns, cities, and other landmarks. As of right now, only few names and concepts (like an ancient, mostly underground temple built by first people who arrived to Sacroc, where that is the only place to encounter Sacronian Beldum's line in the wild).
Weird, because I even have a shape of a map of the region.
