  1. To my understanding, buying all the Pokemon on 7th Street is unrelated to the Corin Rouge quest. That has to do with the Mega-Z quest. The general outline of the Corin Rouge quest is as follows: Buy the Pokemon from the Grand Hall. It gets stolen; Track the thieves to the northern Peridot Ward only to find that some kid already stole it from them; Find that guy in the Obsidia Slums and fight him, only to find that he already sold the Pokemon to some gang member; After joining the gangs, you need to talk to both the Magma Gang member just south of the Nightclub and the Aqua Gang member west of the Lapis Ward Gym. One of them bought it from the slums kid, and the other stole it from the first gang member and sold it on 7th Street; After that, Corin shows up on 7th Street. Next steps. In the interest of not spoiling the questline, I'll leave it at that. I'm guessing that you missed step 4, so Corin never spawned in. I don't know if the gang members' locations change post-Restoration, but since you can apparently find the slums kid from step 3 later, it would be strange if you couldn't complete step 4 post-Restoration.
  2. This is from the base game, and it's literally nothing. It's just something the clown scammer uses to lure in victims. Regular encounters in the Shaymin New World area (once the area is purified, I think), Lugia New World area (in the mirror version, I think), and Mewtwo New World area, respectively.
  3. After catching the birds, you should be able to talk to Lumi in the nightclub to get the Galarian Feather, which is a key item that you can use to change the birds between their Kantonian and Galarian forms.
  4. If the trade isn't functioning, you can find Hisuian Zoroark in Victory Road; specifically, it's in the fire-and-ice room close to the end. Edit: This used to be the case, but I just checked the Excel document, and it says that Hisuian Zoroark is uncatchable, so it might no longer be available there. Edit 2: Just checked the MultipleForms file, and I'm not seeing an encounter location, so I think you'll have to use debug. Sorry.
  5. Given that I can just hit "Ok" on the prompt and keep playing without updating, could you just redownload the AllGen mod and ignore the prompt when it comes up?
  6. It's not that those moves can't miss, it's that opponents' abilities can't alter the effect. From Bulbapedia: "When a Pokémon with Mycelium Might uses a status move, it always moves last within its priority bracket, and the effects of all Pokémon's ignorable Abilities are ignored for the execution of that move. (Ignorable Abilities are most Abilities that could potentially negatively affect the success, damage, or effects of a move if possessed by the target of a move or its allies.) "For example, a Pokémon with Mycelium Might that uses Screech will move last in its priority bracket, but can affect opponents that have Big Pecks, Clear Body, or Soundproof."
  7. You can catch its second-stage evolution Drizzile as random encounters in the houses underwater in the Azurine Lake area.
  8. I'm afraid I don't know what the issue is, then. Sorry I can't be of more help.
  9. Just opened up one of my post-restoration saves and the tutors are still there. Triple Axel can be found at the Agate Circus (there's a guy in glasses at the same stand as a guy in a red shirt on the left; that glasses guy teaches it). Seismic Toss can be learned from a girl in Apophyll Cave; she's the one running in place next to a rock along the upper left part of the first floor. Edit: If you have any more questions like this, the mod download should come with an Excel document called "AllGen Reborn Guide". This document has a section for TMs and move tutors, between the section for new items and the section for move and ability changes.
  10. There should be a gentleman in the bottom-right corner of Calcenon City who will offer a Hisuian Zorua in exchange for any Pokemon. Additionally, there's a room in Victory Road where you can find Hisuian Zoroarks.
  11. It should be in the cave portions of Route 3.
  12. The Applin is in a trash can in the house immediately west of that alley. However, since the house can't be entered post-restoration, you won't be able to get Applin that way. Post-restoration, you'll need to get Appletun, which is in Once Upon a Somewhere (Titania's gym area), right before the cave part.
  13. It's in pokemon.txt in the PBS folder. The file lists the basic information for almost every Pokemon. The exception is information to do with alternate forms, which can be found in MultipleForms.rb in the Scripts folder.
