For anyone still searching for this topic, dry skin heliolisk completely walls it. I used galarian slowking to curious medicin it to stall out some of its pp then i just pp stalled it with heliolisk while slowly chipping it with heliolisk. wouldve gotten it done much quicker if i equiped it with a scoe lens for extra crits but it gets you there
