    So Amie can increase hit rates. But how long does it take to get that effect? And why aren't you using pass powers?

      I dont use em either, pass powers that it. Three hearts is the soonest I've seen Amie effects, accuracy and crit are early ones, healing, status restoring, and death-defying show up with more hearts.
