      Well for action in the mecha genre. Getter Robo Armageddon, Gunbuster,and GaoGaiGar would be good.

      On terms of dramatic artsy stuff. Since Gankutsuou is pretty artsy in a sense. I say Tatami Galaxy, Mononoke, and Monster would be good to do.
