That is precisely my point lol. Bunch of fairies, including 3 dragon/fairy, and big scary dragon slaughters them all.

Jkes aside, I think we shouldn't really expect the strengths and weaknesses of the Fairy type to make sense. It was created specifically with competitive balance in mind, so yeah, it's not like it really follows a theme...

Gamefreak logic is no logic at all sometimes. It's quite rational to call them out on their bs tho.
