Near as I can tell, you CAN'T get a carbink with that hidden ability because it hasn't shown up in any friend safaris (according to serebi).

Water Pulse Dragon Pulse/Ice Beam Aura Sphere/ Dark Pulse Flash Cannon/ Dark Pulse     I can see dark pulse being pretty useful against the prevalence of ghost types this time around like aegislash, Mega Bannett, and Mega Gengar while simultaneously batting down on those psychic types. But Flash Cannon can be the unexpected counter to all the fairies coming in to play as well. Aura sphere is powerful with the launcher boost but isn't gonna hit too many things that stab launcher water pulse isn't gonna hit harder (Ferrothorn, Mega-Aggron, Lucario). Ice beam hits most dragons for 4x damage but when you've got Dragalgae and Kindgra and plenty of ice attack reducing berries and multiscale, Dragon Pulse can put paid to their plans.
