    I don't think it's bug. To me Sylv brings more into my mind "sylph" which is pretty much always associated with wind.

    Almost definitely a normal type evolution. With the streaming ribbons, for a moment I was thinking there was a marginal chance it'd be normal/flying, but then I realized that it doesn't look like a flier.

    Banned because using the one cool character from Tamers as your avy (and whom I know nearly nothing about because I stopped watching it early on). The really bad anime cliches were strong in the other characters.
