In no real order: 1. Gym leader rematches, and perhaps each returning with one legendary on their team corresponding to their preferred type. 2. Improvement of the Secret Power bases- perhaps a meld of the the bases and the current entra-link system. 3. Dream World machine that lets you toggle between the possible abilities for your pokemon. 4. Shiny Torkoal event- flannery hears about sitings in the volcanic pathway area, but you get to find it, catch it, and train it to beat hers. Selfish, i know, but shut up- it's a gold torkoal. 5. Kecleon sprites actually change color when their ability activates. 6. Customizeable trainers/avatars. And none of this choosing between 5 or 6 random trainers either. 7. Better odds of finding shiny pokemon. Return to shiny pokemon having max IV's. They're damn rare enough. 8. Be able to buy berries instead of having to plant them in obscure places and forgetting where the fuck they are so you can water/harvest them. 9. as a 3DS title with full 3D awesomeness. 10. Pokemon Battle minigame ala Pokemon Rumble- they're already coming out with Pokemon Rumble for 3DS. I've seen on the online 3DS store.

It's natural to hit that rut. To come across the league leader you just can't beat, to find that other thing in your life that needs your attention, etc, etc. Just as it is that I feel the need to drop in after a month of being away from... everything. If things arent' league centric, it's because it really isn't the league itself that has kept most of here for as long as it did. It's what drew us all here at first, but we've always lingered here a bit longer for the people. As people come and go, that dynamic naturally changes. Ame may have tried to ameliorate the effect by introducing a few substitute leaders (in addition to the actual need for them), but a certain stagnation point has been reached. But as cynical as I can be, even I know this place will be reborn again. But don't wait for it. BE the change you wish to see.

I'm not really blaming the new members for my leaving. My leaving is a simple acknowledgement of a fundamental change in Reborn rather than any number of individuals driving me out. Those of you who've known me long enough will know better than that. I've no fear of any member here, past or present, though I value the regard of some members more than others. In essence, reborn has drifted away from what it once was and I myself have drifted away from reborn. Increasingly, older members and friends are silent or away. My own absences have also pulled me away from Reborn's daily bustle so that I return to so many new and very young individuals I know nothing about. With so much distance between myself and Reborn as it now stands, I have chosen to let it go. In fact, there are several newer members I would have liked to have gotten to know better but circumstances dictate otherwise. Ame, Ice, Saya, Ikaru, Neku, Tenshi, Muin, Kingo, Erick and several others... I leave you with my warm regards. A few of you I hope to run into sometime on Live or PSN again. Cyrus, Mafia, Makusho, Charr, Hanyuu, Owen, and others I can't remember the names of at the moment, I am saddened I didn't have the opportunity to know you all better.

Well, I knew exactly what Doc was talking about when he said this place has changed. And not for the better, in my opinion. Everything has become so... unreal. The chat has deteriorated into obsessive rp'ing and shallow whisperings that I've no desire to be part of. For me, gone are the days of meaningful and humorous banter I used to enjoy. This place just doesn't suit my style anymore. The older members are slowing washing out as newer members take their place at Reborn's core. But as Doc said, that's change for ya. I shall linger here only long enough to deliver parting words to particular members, even as I deliberate what those words should be. But to the reborn en masse, I bid thee farewell.
