That's pretty much my Alakazam set now, except I use Encore instead of energy ball. Encore is the surprise kazaam tactic that will F up some pokemon/teams. Gonna buff up? Go ahead. I'll keep slapping your face in (unless it's calm mind or amnesia). WoW, Toxic? pfft. keep dancing, and subbing, and laying useless traps, and protecting/detecting or leech seeding or breaking your shells for me. Your nasty plot is failing you now! Bwahahahaha!

Soul's Blastoise Maelstrom (Blastoise) (M) @ Custap Berry Trait: Rain Dish EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk) - Surf - Mirror Coat - Ice Beam - Toxic Neither of its abilities are great, but with the prevalence of rain teams, rain dish may help it become a bigger pain pain to the other team. This Blastoise WILL take Serperior's first Leaf Storm and make him eat it with Mirror Coat. Same goes for anybody thinking of an easy thunderbolt. Toxic is especially good against other tanks/stalls and water pokemon. Ice beam is of course for fliers, grass types, and the common dragon. Some of you may trade out Surf for Boiling Water or the Custap berry for Focus Sash or Leftovers.

Late Game Sweeper Warubiaru (M) @ Choice Scarf Trait: Earthquake Spiral EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Crunch - Dragon Claw - Earthquake - Fire Fang THE basic build, I suppose. Firefang swaps out for thunder fang or stone edge.

I have to agree with you on emboar, not with serperior. Which is very reminiscent of Rhyperior. Sir-perior. I find the difference very noticeable, yet still very fluid as a name. I like it. Conkledur- however it's prounce, i also hate it with a passion. should've gone with a play on boulder despite it being a step back from a girder. Zebstrika- i like the way it sounds. zeb-stry-kuh. which compensates for its rather uninspired pairing of zebra and striker. Krookodile- crook? is that why he has the black facemask stripe? I MUCH prefer krokorok to that name. I think Waruvial should have been kept as its name. People already know Waru(i) means 'bad' in japanese (from Waluigi), and i like the way it cleanly adds the reference for gavial. Swanna- don't like the pokemon, and i sure as hell don't like the supremely uninspired name. NO Vanilluxe- the ice cream pokemon, and eaten live by hungry dessert lovers in the summer, this pokemon makes me lol. I like its names. Sawsbuck- i don't get it. why is there a saw in there? me no likey. Scrafty- behind pantslizard's derp face is a dark and crafty mind at work. I like it. foongus amoongus- makes me lol. it works for me. Eelectross- sounds pretty boss to me. Beartic- I sure as hell hope its pronounced bay-artic and not bear-tic. Otherwise.... SOUL. SMASH. I could have sworn I'd posted in something like this before... oh yeah, the previous incarnations of this place. Ok, so here goes... My all time favorite pokemon has to be.... Blastoise cuz: 1. Blue- favorite color 2. Water type- favorite element, even since before I was on the swim teams. must've been all those summers at the pool... 3. Turtle- favorite pokemon ever It was the perfect trifecta, plus freaking cannons out of its back cuz this badass is a tank. This dude was one of the main reasons I got the original Blue. That and the little minicomics that came in Nintendo Power magazines where I first learned about the game really sold me. Then I played and got totally hooked.
