This keeps popping up after I either lose or win against Cain in the first fight. Don't know how to fix it.

Is there a way to get another oddishweed? I remember giving my only one to some lady who had a sick husband or something. But I checked the wikia and it says I need one to get chespin. And I couldn't find a way to get another oddishweed.
