I read it’s available after badge 18, but I was asking for an egg trade cuz I love Gengar although I don’t understand why it’s available so late

Hi , idk if anyone still plays reborn, I was wondering if someone could trade a gible or gastly egg, cuz both garchomp and gengar are two of my favorite pokemon but I found you can only get them in mid-late game. I dont have much to offer as im fighting PULSE Abra rn, but I’d be very grateful
