Or yknow, use the EV Training Held Items. Unless you're going for EV spreads like that one Naganadel set or anything from LC, it'll work perfectly. Especially since there's a password to get them all for free, the stat gain is now +16 without Pokerus and +32 with, and you don't get the EVs that the pokemon you knocked out gives. -

This mechanic was removed in Gen VI, but if you want to spend several hours chainbreeding a monster before you're able to obtain the TM/Tutor moves, you can do that again now! TM Breeding.rb

Rename them back and try again. There is no reason why with what you've shown, it'd cause an error. Until i have proof that the name is actually what's causing the error, i can only assume that you made coding errors in the original that you fixed alongside overwriting the name.

As dred said, post all of the relevant code that relates to the pokemon you're trying to add. Since the first error here is due to abilities, you probably don't have that set up correctly. The pokedex refresh code that was provided isn't helping because that isn't what's causing the error.

You need to talk to Eve in Calcenon. Or beat her in Labradorra. Read the guide. Also Flutter Mane/Iron Bundle aren't ingame.
