Malchous Forest Park to the left of Jasper Ward is great for getting Atk and Spd EVs as well, Beedrill gives 2 Atk, Bellsprout and Fomantis give 1, Pidgey and Pansage give 1 Spd as well. If you have Magnetic Lure, just catch an Oddish and a Scatterbug and you will only find them.
