You can get a Seismic Toss Chansey. Get a male Mankey/Primeape with Seismic Toss in their movepool (they learn it by lvl up) and breed it with a female Mawile till you get a male Mawile with seismic Toss and since Mawile is in the same egggroup as Chansey simply breed those 2 together. A bit of hussle Ik, but with full HP/Spdf it will eat any special attacker in Reborn
