Thank you for the quick response and clarification, after your help I did look further. It kept asking to replace instead of adding the contents of the folders after unzipping in the game folder which left me in confusion. sigh Embarrassingly enough it being my first mac experience, I was completely unaware of the fact I must hold down the Options key while dragging said folders to merge... Thank you so much!

Tried installing this on latest (M4) mac, after updater I ran it to see if it'd give some error, it didn't, I did a fresh install again and it was only after replacing data and graphics folder from modpack that prompted the message in the image below. Didn't seem as if applying the bug fixes after had a change. I have installed this previously on windows, works great! Any insights on this matter would be appreciated , thanks.
