I'm gonna go with Steel/Thunder Thunder should be obvious knowing me, but one of my closest friends told me that I was the most "static" of her friends, so the pun fits too. Steel kinda for the same reason. Generally I always try to be strong and there for people I care about, but my typing is stupid because even something as simple as a mud-slap can sometimes fuck me over.

Uhh, just Chrysalis' "In my heart there is no room" I can hit pretty much anything else. The same part on Cadence's is easier cause her voice isn't as hard, plus I'm pretty sure it's not quite as high. BUT I figured you'd be doing actual Cadence. Up to you, really. (Actually now that I think abou it the last part of cadence's is hard for me too) If anything I can practice both parts, one note shouldn't be THAT hard to overcome lol >_>
