[Pole Dancer] @ Focus Sash
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Sleep Powder
- Toxic Spikes
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]

My lead. I wanted something that could set up Toxic Spikes well, and give out hits if needed. Roserade was my girl. This was originally a TechniRade, but that wasn't panning out so well. I switched this, and haven't had very many problems. Natural Cure helps me avoid nasty statuses that could make or break the match (In the unlikely event that it comes down to Roserade) Toxic Spikes, so I can cripple to enemy team. I went with Leaf Storm, since I'd be switching out quite a bit. HP fire is for other grass types.

Trait: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 100 Def
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Amnesia
- Drain Punch
- Crunch

If you had asked me how much I liked Scrafty before making this team I would've told you I hated him. This guys bulk, and access to DD makes him ideal for this team. Dragon Dance was pretty much a given for me. I decided to go with Amnesia, because I wanted to ensure that he could take a few special hits without me worrying. It has yet to fail me. Drain Punch and Crunch are his main STABs. I decided to omit Ice Punch due to the fact that a boosted STAB Crunch should be enough to take out anything I'd use it against.

Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 212 HP / 40 Def / 255 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Flamethrower
- Toxic
The derpin'est bro this side of Texas. Slowbro can be one evil mofo. Scald because it's a pretty good STAB on bro, and the chance of a burn is always nice. Flamethrower to deal with Ferrothorn and Scizor. This dude's sheer bulk and access to Slack Off makes him an ideal wall. If I'm in a situation where I need to get something out of my face I can always count of Slowbro to Toxic stall them out of there
Still applies my friend.

[Strobe Light] @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 48 HP / 108 Def / 100 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Hidden Power [Fighting]

Personally Latias is my favorite of the Eon twins. Her sweeping ability is only surpassed by her bulk. Once she gets up to around +3 chances are the opponent is a cooked goose. She'll tank your super effective hits, and make you hurt for it. If this team wasn't music/club based her name would be armored car. Calm Mind ensures that you'll be able to take special hits as well as deliver them. Recover for the obvious. Dragon Pulse is her best STAB. The Hidden Power is completely up to you. I went with HP fire, but if you want to hit Heatran go with HP fighting.

Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 208 Def / 56 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Protect
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
As with Slowbro the same still applies.
Gliscor. Oh sweet Gliscor. Why are you so amazing? Seriously this thing is a beast. Protect is to enusre that I can get that nice healing boost from Poison Heal, or if I need to see what the opponent is packing. Swords Dance boosts his already pretty decent attack. Earthquake, like I mentioned with Hippowdon, is the best STAB a ground type can ask for. Ice Fang is to deal with Landorus and other Ground Types. I was actually considering using something else, but I went with Gliscor for reliability and bulk.
Trait: Unaware
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Stockpile
- Recover
- Toxic

My beautiful sweeper stopper. This thing laughs at every set up pokemon, and delivers a hit back with a derpy smile. Waterfall is one of its best STABs. I went with it over Earthquake, so I could make sure I hit flying types. Stockpile, so you laugh at sweepers even more. Toxic is to wear down the occasional wall. Bar Cradily most walls aren't gonna stop this dude.

2. Sand. Easily my favorite weather. Before I've made some pretty run of the mill sand teams, but this one is my most original idea. It's served me quite well, and has surprised the majority of people who have faced it. So without further ado I present to you:

- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock

Every sand team needs a weather inducer. I chose Hippowdon for bulk. It has always done a great job of tanking super effective hits, and dishing them right back. Earthquake for the obvious reasons. (Best Ground STAB available) Ice Fang to take care of the dreaded Gliscor/Landorus/Anything that I can use it on. Chances are this thing won't fail you if you're in a battle of the bulk. Just avoid burns and it'll be fine.

Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Curse
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip

This dirty ball of steel wool and weeds used is absolutely amazing. Leech Seed for the obvious trolling reasons. Gyro Ball and Power Whip are this things best STAB moves. Normally I go with leftovers on Ferrothorn, so it can stay out longer, but I went with rocky helmet because it can inflict extra damage that is always valuable when you're trying to get physical threats out of there. After one or two Curses (pending on the opponent's pokemon) Gyro Ball is going to pack a mean punch.

Meet the "Kingdra of Sand". I probably wouldn't be able to call this a sand team if he wasn't here. His massive speed ensures he's going to out-speed any scarfed Pokemon while sand is in play. Swords Dance to boost his already MASSIVE attack. Rock Slide is for those pesky Flying types that wanna laugh at this earth-bound drill. X-Scissor bro annoying bulky dark types *cough* UMBREON *cough* and Earthquake for the aforementioned reasons.

- Spikes

While some of you are looking at me like I'm crazy let me explain. Has done far more than its fair share around here. Giga Drain is for healing + decent STAB. Cotton Guard is to boost this thing already decent defense. Substitute helps me set up. Spikes started out a filler, but ended up becoming a main stay. Maractus' access to Storm Drain means I can switch in on an impending super-effective water attack an benefit. Even with Ice Beam Kingdra fears this s.o.b. He'll laugh at your rain team, and set up before you know it. Fear the underrated cactus!

4. I would be careful with the agility in rain. If you encounter a Swift Swimmer you my friend are screwed. T-wave might work better in rain. That way you cripple Swift Swimmers. Since even at 450 you aren't going to touch any SS pokemon.

You are also lacking EVs on the mixed recovery.
