Phoenix is a great admin. He helps out us users as well as joining in with conversations and being friendly with the userbase, which is a lot more than most admins do on servers. SO here's an idea: Try and say the key points of your life so far using nothing but songs. You have to explain why the song relates to the key moment in your life though. Slowbro ( AKA HotDiggedyDemon) @ Leftovers Ability: Regenerator Nature: Bold ( + Def, - Atk) Ev's: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SAtk - Scald - Ice Beam - Flamethrower - Grass Knot Slowbro is a great Physical wall and is able to take most supper effective hits a few times, Such as Crunch, Leaf Blade, Volt Tackle etcetera etcetera. It can also take a few shots and enabled to burn or even take down a few pokes. It can be annoying to switch in and out though for it's ability so when the health is 5% or lower I leave it in to take one for the team. Latios ( AKA Lennie) @ Expert Belt Ability: Levitate Nature: Timid ( + Spd, - Atk) Ev's: 4 HP, 252 SAtk , 252 Speed - Dragon Pulse - Surf - Recover - Psyshock A great counter to most types, Lennie can outspeed most things. It often can take down Gengar, Tyranitar and other types that are weak to it. Metagross @ Expert Belt Ability: Clear Body Nature: Careful ( + SDef, - SAtk) Ev's: 252 Atk, 4 SDef, 252 Speed - Earthquake - Ice Punch - Brick Break - Thunder Punch Metagross is Solely used to take down what it's against. With these moves enabling it to take down most pokemon with ease, the rare type(s) are able to breakt through this and make it work to their advantages, however. Dragonite ( AKA Draugr) @ Leftovers Ability: Multiscale Nature: Adamant (+ Atk , - SAtk) EV's: 204 HP, 252 Atk, 52 Spd - Dragon Clasw - Extremespeed - Fire Punch - Ice Punch A counter to many OU pokes such as Genesect. With Multiscale and Fire Punch ready with full HP it can take roughly 30% damage as well as OHKOing Genesect. Scizor ( AKA Scissors) @ Leftovers Ability: Technician Nature: Adamant ( + Atk , - SAtk ) EV's: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd - Bullet Punch - Quick Attack - Brick Break - Sword Dance Scizor is used as a back up sweeper. Although it has a nasty x4 weakness to fire Scizor can hold it's own against most teams. It's wide range pool and it's devastating attack when it even gets to +2 is amazing. Getting it +6 Attack makes it even stronger than a + 6 Lucario too. Yanmega (AKA Yoshi) @ Focus Sash Ability: Speed Boost Nature: Modest ( + SAtk , - Atk ) EV's: 104 Def, 252 SAtk, 152 Spd - Protect - Air Slash - Bug Buzz - Hidden Power Ground My favourite sweeper of all time. Yanmega can hold it's own against anything though it's main weakness is the commonly used Stealth Rock. Being able to take down Dark, Fire, Steel, Psychic , Grass, Rock and Electric, Yanmega can hold it's own against many over the major enemies that are circling the OU ring, being able to take down pokemon like Gensect with a well placed Pro/Slash combo.

Surprisingly I've beaten them. This team is very adaptable and I've been able to defeat both pokes and beat teams.

Night Slash has been added to deal with threats such as Jellicent, Gengar and other Ghost and/or Psychic types. Empoleon (AKA Enigma) @ Air Ballon Ability: Torrent. Nature: Modest (SAtk + , Atk - ) EV's: 16 HP, 252 SAtk, 240 Spd - Agility - Ice Beam - Grass Knot - Surf I wanted to go for something original yet different (Though I'm certain it's been done before), Great sweeper when set up with +2 speed, Emp can OHKO many opponents with a RD Surf. However many weakness do pop up, such as those pokemon using Mach Punch or Choice Scarfed. It's still a great little UU poke all the same. Metagross (AKA Metallica) @ Expert Belt Ability: Clear Body. Nature: Careful (SDef + , SAtk - ) EV's: 252 Atk, 4 SDef, 252 Spd - Earthquake - Brick Break - Ice Punch - Thunderpunch Metagross is solely used to take down what it's against. With these moves enabling it to take down most pokemon with ease, the rare type(s) are able to break through and manipulate this to their Advantages. Crunch is able to be used to defeat Psychic and Ghost types while a +2 Attack (CC, ES) Is able to take down many pokemon within a hit or two.
