Okay so I don't really have a creative title this time. Regardless, this will be my 2nd RMT and this time I'm doing some LU Sand, inspired my Kamina. While I got the Idea from him, The team itself i came up with. This team is rather a rough sketch, so it definitely needs some work. Anyway, let's just get into it! :] ~At A Glance~ In-Depth Analysis Erwin the Hippopotas @ Eviolite 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp. Def (Impish) Ability: Sand Stream ~Stealth Rock ~Slack Off ~Whirlwind ~Earthquake This is basically just the standard Hippowdon set, except with eviolite over leftovers and the pre-evo, Hippopotas, instead of Hippowdon. This guy likes to set up rocks first turn if the lead is favorable, and can easily switch if it isn't. Slack Off is there for reliable recovery, Earthquake is there to do damage, and Whirlwind is to phaze switches or stop sweeps. Brick the Regirock @ Life Orb 158 HP / 252 Atk / 100 SpDef (Adamant) Ability: Sturdy ~Rock Polish ~Drain Punch ~Earthquake ~Stone Edge My own custom Regirock set. This thing has monstrous physical defense, and his special defense is on par with Tyranitar, making it a very capable wall. However, I decided to turn this thing into a bulky sweeper with RP and 3 attacks. Stone Edge and Earthquake are there for fairly obvious reasons, and Drain Punch is there to add extra coverage and to get back health that I lose from Life Orb. Gastronaut the Gastrodon @ Leftovers 252 Sp.Att / 176 Sp.Def / 80 HP (Modest) Ability: Storm Drain ~Substitute ~Surf ~Ice Beam ~Earth Power Fairly new Gastrodon set. It basically comes in on scarf pokes that it can comfortably wall and set up a sub, giving it a free chance to attack. Surf and Earth Power are there for STAB, and Ice Beam is there to take down dragons and grass pokes that come in trying to kill me. This Gastrodon set is fairly new, meaning that it will probably be subject to change, but for now it works. Lenny the Cacturne @ Expert Belt 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP (Jolly) Ability: Sand Veil ~Substitute ~Swords Dance ~Sucker Punch ~Seed Bomb SAND VEIL IS ACTIVE. I had to use Sand Veil over Water Absorb just because of how haxy it is. It has the same premise as SD Acrobatics Gliscor, where it has speed to set up sub and SD, or spam subs banking for misses. Sucker Punch and Seed Bomb are there for reliable STABs. I'm also debating Drain Punch over any of these spots, but for now this set works. Pinecone the Ferroseed @ Eviolite 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpDef (Sassy) 0 Spe IVs Ability: Iron Barbs ~Leech Seed ~Gyro Ball ~Spikes ~Protect Classic Ferroseed wall set. Spikes is to reinforce my hazard, and LS / Protect is to recover some health while draining out my opponent. This thing serves great synergy with the rest of the team since Regirock and Gastrodon can take fire moves very well. Gyro Ball is there to do damage, and the incredibly low speed gives it maximum damage. Casper the Driblim @ Flying Gem 96 Atk / 252 Sp.Atk / 168 Spe (Hasty) Ability: Unburden ~Thunder Wave ~Acrobatics ~Shadow Ball ~HP Fighting My team up to this point has a type that serves a massive threat to my team: Fighting. This is my ultimate Fighting counter, and it's a good one at that. This set provides Drifblim with several different options; it can either T-wave on the switch or get the unburden speed boost from Acrobatics while causing damage to whatever comes in. Well, that was my team. If you have any questions or recommendations, leave it in the comments. Deuces! :] Importable

Proposition of Manaphy being moved down to OU.
Hedron replied to Lil' Baby Rupe's topic in Welcome Center
Enough of the Acid Armor; If Manaphy has Tail Glow and Rest then it would only have 1 attack, making it useless. If it doesn't have either tail glow or rest then it still isn't a problem because it can't either heal or boost. Anyway, Surf / HP Fighting Manaphy is walled by Jellicent Energy Ball? Well, then it's walled by Celebi. There are a lot of counters to manaphy in OU. It completely has to rely on it's own capabilities with tail glow since it can't use baton pass. If that's the only argument you're going to make, let's go ahead and make Volbeat uber too :] Anyway, what is the difference between Manaphy and Mew? Sure, Manaphy has restdration with tail glow, but Mew can actually pass out boosts, plus there are way more sets on Mew and they both have the same stats. Scarf, Lefties, E-Belt, Banded, Specs, LO... there are countless items for Mew, which calls for countless sets. I think most people don't recognize that their tiers aren't perfect, and it would be much better for the consensus of people if they actually changed them from time to time. All the tier changes they actually make are completely arbitrary and don't change the game at all. -
If this server is in a world where Muk is haxxy, then there are some problems here

Proposition of Manaphy being moved down to OU.
Hedron replied to Lil' Baby Rupe's topic in Welcome Center
Manaphy is so weak in ubers. HP Electric From Darmanitan OHKOes it. ...okay but really that thing is weak. All it can do it tail glow, but it can't take a hit to save its life. -
This is one of the things I hate about some people on Reborn; They assume that the tiers they have right now are perfect in every way and nobody is willing to change. The mods are completely unresponsive about tier suggestions. There is a fine line between "creative tiers" and breaking the tier altogether. inb4 someone tells me to go somewhere else

I find that acid armor really helps with stalling, since even with eviolite frillish's physical defense is kinda low. If you want to use this team, feel free to make any changes you like and see how you like it :] Thanks for the 10/10!

Hello there guys and girls (and slant)! Today, I've decided to do my first RMT over possibly the least played 5G tier on Reborn: NeverUsed. The name comes from the fact that all 6 of my pokes are named after people current in the Alpha Omega clan. My team is rather unique due to the fact that it has bulky walls, trappers, and even a scarf sweeper in the mix, which usually don't have the best synergy with eachother. But enough talk, let's just get into it! Also, this team peaked #1 at 1240 and is still there :] At A Glance In-Depth Analysis DD the Lopunny @ Flame Orb 252 HP / 252 Spe / 2 SpDef JOLLY Ability: Klutz ~Switcheroo ~Encore ~Magic Coat / Heal Bell ~Entrainment My lead, named after the seductive temptress Dark Desire himself. This lead, obviously, is purely support; Magic Coat bounces back Stealth Rock / Spikes leads, whereas Switcheroo with a Flame Orb can severely hinder any non-fire physical attacker in the metagame. Entrainment is a rather situational move; What it does for people unaware is that it gives the opponent the ability you have. What this means is that the opponent will get my ability, Klutz, which disallows the opponent to use any held item. This is great for completely dismantling the power of Life Orb or choiced pokemon. Encore is to come in on Sub or Set-Up pokes and completely derail their set-up capabilities. In place of Magic Coat, it also a possibility to run Heal Bell if you feel that this team is weak to Status. Slant the Frillish @ Eviolite 252 HP / 96 Def / 160 SpDef CALM Ability: Water Absorb ~Scald ~Recover ~Toxic ~Acid Armor My dual wall, named after the master of stall himself, Slant. This is a rather interesting set that I came up with myself; what the premise behind it is that it comes in on specially-offensive pokes, walls them, and either Acid Armors on the switch or recovers off the damage. Scald is there as both a burner and as an attack to speed up the toxic-stalling process, and Toxic is there to, well, whittle down pokes, essentially. Frillish also serves as my spin blocker, and his ability Water Absorb helps him establish synergy with Torkoal. Kamina the Gothorita @ Eviolite 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp.Att BOLD Ability: Shadow Tag ~Calm Mind ~Rest ~Sleep Talk (Reflect on Kamina's set) ~Psychic Set-Up Trapper, named after the guy who discovered this overpowered monstrosity of a NU poke. What this basically does is comes on a poke it can comfortably wall with it's physical bulk, set up +6 with calm mind, and win the game if the opponent doesn't have a dark type. Seriously. This thing could probably be a team by itself. Resttalk is there as reliable recovery, and the EVs are there to give it massive bulk in both defenses after a couple calm minds. This thing is what my team is based around. Duster the Simisage @ Life Orb 252 Sp.Att / 252 Spe / 4 HP TIMID Ability: Overgrow ~Nasty Plot ~Giga Drain ~Hidden Power [ice{ ~Focus Blast I had to have SOMETHING on this team that actually had some speed to it. This poke is a fantastic special sweeper, having great coverage and being able to hit every poke in the NU metagame with at least neutral damage...except Lampent ]: . Anyway, Simisage is basically there to be able to revenge kill, or predict a switch and set up a nasty plot and do MASSIVE damage to anything that comes in. This poke is the one that I am most subjective to change, since I only changed it recently. Rupe the Torkoal @ Leftovers 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp.Att BOLD Ability: White Smoke ~Lava Plume ~Stealth Rock ~Rapid Spin ~Clear Smog/Toxic (kind of torn between the two) My Stealth Rock user and my spinner. This thing is really pivotal to the functionality of the entire team, because toxic spikes from the ever-so-common garbodor can run over this team. Lava Plume is there for stab, but my biggest concern is whether I should use Clear Smog or Toxic; Clear Smog can completely halt sweeps, but Toxic is nice residual damage. Not quite sure of this one yet, but I definitely think that this poke is necessary. Hedron the Kecleon @ Leftovers 252 HP / 252 Sp.Def / 4 Sp.Att CALM Ability: Color Change ~Toxic ~Ice Beam (this move is really subjective to me; if you like the rest of this set, then look at Kecleon and you can change this to whatever you like. I actually used to run knock off.) ~Protect ~Recover The best poke in the entire pokemon universe. How this thing is not uber is beyond me. Behold; KECLEON! This monster of a poke can come in, take any special attack, change INTO THAT TYPE, and, for the most part, resist it the next turn. This poke's massive base 130 sp.def and high HP stat makes it a very viable special wall, while its access to the deadly toxic/recover/protect combo gives it great stalling powers against any specially-offensive poke. Well guys, that was my team. If I'm forgetting anything structure-wise, just leave it in the comments and I'll change it accordingly. Importable

The Monocolor Series Inspired by Owen: Team #2 Is Green-Powered!
Hedron replied to Shanco's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
You can use Close Combat on Skarmory. It will do more than hp electric. Trust me, Physical Virizion is better than Mixed because then you can focus all 252 EVs in Atk, plus from the looks of your team, skarm isn't really a problem anyway.
