This is a pretty fun set to use, Psychic Shock is for Chansey and Blissey who are just good punching bags for this set til Victini charge up with charge beam cause like most dumb ass blisseys/chansey would go for a status move after they break a sub.(Most not all) Hp Grass can be used over Psycho Shock but I never seen the point of it. And Fire Blast FOR MOAR POWAH(LOLBlez) Or you can go fancy and use Kaendan both have (8 PP so wynaut). Note: Kaendan hits everything in Doubles and Triples so use fire blast if you play thoese unless you wanna spam Protect.
