You want an OP set on a Pokemon that GameFreak clearly made while they were high.. again? Well there is none so you'll have to make do with this piece of sh- love and friendship. Pretty simple tbh.. Standard special wall set along with static to troll physical attackers. RestTalk along with Discharge to paralyze more shit and there as a decent STAB move. Scald is here to further troll physical attackers as they get burned; it also comes with a super effective hit on other ground types which could otherwise cause a problem(probably still do c:).   In all seriousness, I used this on beta ages ago when I was actually decent at the game. A lot of people I battled were surprised by how well it was doing and how it actually lived up to it's trollish look via all the pain and suffering stall I went through. So hopefully, you all have as much luck with the set as I did c:

#TRUE although i'm actually gonna provide reasons >> 1. x4 weakness to stealth rocks. 2. Low defense making it vulnerable to revenge killing via certain priority moves(quick attack scizor and dnite without a dd boost do 50%)(it does however resist other common priority moves such as bullet and mach punch). 3. While it's STAB moves are really good.. the third coverage move you choose leaves you walled by ninetales, gyarados, tentacruel, dragonite, salamence, heatran, terrakion or keldeo(which are all pretty common). 4. With rain and sand easily being the dominant weather choices, volc can have a hard time setting up let alone sweeping. Not saying volcarona is bad(I heart volc<3), just saying I agree that it shouldn't be number 1 :/

That officially makes it 10/10 would bang if it wasn't so pointy >> As for the rest of the team, I would suggest Perish Song on the toed but Hypnosis has it's uses so there's no real problem there(you could always run Haze in memory of crep tho q:). Now onto the threats.. SD/Close Combat/Espeed/Bullet Punch Lucario can be a problem if dnite and toed have been weakened. I don't know if it's released or not but since reborn tiers, Growth/Grass STAB/Weather Ball/HP Ice Venusaur can also sweep your team if rain is gone and dnite's scale is broken(keep in mind it doesn't have to be at +2 to sweep). That's all I can really think of atm and these threats are easily dealt with anyway. I'm probably missing something but I don't really do competitive anymore so this will have to do! 10/10 man, nicely done c:
