  1. Well, nice title if nothing else. Ehh, I don't know, the concept is interesting, but in the end it just seems like too much time invested for too little return. Why do you bother running Timid nature on Golduck yet no Speed EVs? The fact that two of the Pokemon are weak to Ice also makes going against hail teams quite scary, even if Blizzard loses 100% accuracy, as well, Special Defense probably won't be quit enough against 2 or 3 STAB Blizzards. Finally, Breloom seems kind of weak without attack investment as I doubt you'll get much time to Bulk up in triples

I present you with yet another potential abomination:

    ---

    Quagsire (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Unaware
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Rock Slide
    - Substitute
    - Curse
    - Recover

    ---

Get behind the Sub, and start Cursing/attacking. Pretty simple, and has the potential to even swallow a Seed Bomb from breloom after a couple of curses (from experience) :)

Eh, I don't really like the Substitute on this set, as it really eschews your offensive ability. Also, Quagsire is slow enough that even some walls can slip in a Toxic before you have a chance to sub. I'd say you should probably run two attack moves instead.
  3. Derp, forgot about Technician. Still, I'd recommend Return for accuracy, but ultimately it's up to you. For a better weather defense, well, the entirety of the team must play some part, Chansey and Ferrothorn both do well against Special rain threats, Gliscor and Skarmory work well against sand threats, and their are some others as well. I'd recommend replacing Manectric; it's the weakest link out of your three choiced Special Attackers.

For sprites you can go http://sprites.pokecheck.org/ <--- there

  4. Pressure Stone: If the holder uses the move Gravity, it will last 8 turns

Mercury Treads: 50% chance to dodge any status that would be inflicted

Ninja Tabi: Takes 10% reduced damage from attacks(does not work on weather, Posion or Burn, etc.)

    huehuehue

  5. Double Hit isn't very good, the only minor advantage it has over Return/Frustration is that it breaks Subs, but the lower power and missing potential aren't worth it. I also highly recommend U-Turn on Ambipom, it's simply an amazing move.

Ice Beam > Psychic on Starmie; while Psychic is a nice coverage move Ice Beam is simply a must for Starmie, offering better coverage with its other moves and handling many common threats(Dragons most noticeably).

I'm not too keen on Thunder with Manectric, as a Choice Scarfer revenge killing will often be its task, and if Volt Switch isn't strong enough you want a more powerful but accurate alternative; hence I recommend Thunderbolt.

As for the team as a whole, I think you're extremely weak against weather, Ludicolo and Kingdra can both rip your team to shreds, most notably special variants of kingdra and Ludicolo in general. Excadrill also has a field day; one Swords Dance and you better hope that Gengar survives a Rock Slide. 3 Choice Pokemon is also pretty suspect; it makes you very prone to being forced to make sacrifices on bad predictions.

  6. Well, Stealth Rock slightly, only ever so slightly disrupts your team. Which is rather unfortunate for Ice monotypes, but either way I suggest a Cloyster or Cryogonal(I THINK it can learn Rapid Spin?) because well, let's face it, it's an incredibly common move annd 5/6th of your pokemon are weak to it. Also, as SevenDeadlySins pointed out, Scizor is a huge threat to your team, and I'd imagine bulky fighting types, like say, Conkeldurr also be quite troublesome.

  7. Eh, Maractus is pretty much just steel/poison bait, it really won't do much to 99% of steels and poison types, lacking Special Attack to do well even neutrally with Giga Drain.. Also makes setting up Cotton Guard with it a waste, especially considering the high frequency of Steel types in the metagame. Don't really see much of a point for Salac Berry on Garchomp; if you're set up a Life Orb sweeps just as fine and it's better for situations where you just have to do as much damage as possible with no prospects of sweeping.Protect is prettty iffy on SD Gliscor as without Taunt Pokemon like Ferrothorn that you otherwise destroy can actually do something. Finally, Hippowdon seems suspiciously less tanky with no HP EVs.
