I still think Frosslass should remain base with a white color or a very very lightly blue tinted white.

Prinplup is your only well leveled pokemon, and it's a water type that's so high it won't even listen to you. You can go to the Candy Store in the Obsidia ward and buy common candies to lower it's level to 25 so that it will listen to you. Also, this goes without saying, you should level your other pokemon up some. One pokemon I'd recommend adding for this fight and the upcomming gym battle would be Trubbish since it gets Toxic Spikes and more importantly for the Tangrowth battle, Acid Spray which is super effective and lowers special defense by two stages each time.

For the gazillionth time, we almost assuredly won't get any Legendaries until post game and nor should we because it takes away from the challenge of the game.

Actually Final Fantasy 10 characters have been a part of the game, just much more minor roles to this point. Off the top of my head, Tidus was on Destiny Island (along with some other Final Fantasy X characters?) And in KH2, Yuna, Rikku, and one other girl were made into...... pixies. I'd imagine there's a chance they'll add some of the XIII characters in one way or another. The thing as far as Disney goes that I think they HAVE to add is Pirates of the Caribbean, Davey Jones and company.

No that's the only way as far as I know. Happiny in Coral Ward might be able to, with a low chance, but Ame removed Magby and Elekid's held items, so she may have done the same in this case. That'd be the only other way though.
