Genesect makes zero sense. It was created by team Plasma. As for Kabutops and Tyrantrum, we can already see from Mega Aerodactyl that fossil pokemon will receive mega's if anything. Giratina wouldn't make sense. Dialga and Palkia most likely will once they remake Gen 4 in however many years down the line.

Yeah but most of that coverage comes from TM moves, which aren't obtainable and can no longer be bred onto it. The only other somewhat notable attacks it learns through level up are Psybeam and Signal Beam.

I think a drab yellow, like Makuhita's original body color with a tiny bit less saturation would fit well. Iron Man esque colors y'know?

Well, Recover and Tri Attack are pretty much musts in Reborn. I'd also consider going for moves such as Conversion2 and Discharge. These are the best to go with in game IMO based on what's available.
