I believe Radomus now gives Trick Room as a reward for beating him instead of Calm Mind (Which it was when he was released in E10), so you won't be able to get the TM for both, at least for now. You won't be able to breed it on to Reuniclus in E13+ either because of the new breeding mechanics. (I believe)

Assuming you bred Drain Punch and Mach Punch to the Timburr in the first place. I don't see why it wouldn't carry down if it bred with another Timburr. Just make sure you take it out of the daycare every so often and organize the moves so that it doesn't forget them for new moves while in the daycare.

Shade the ghost gym leader will give it to you along with the 4th badge allowing you to reach level 45. His gym is in a powerplant.

You'll need the Yureyu Key to get into a certain portion of Shade's Gym in the back where you can evolve it by leveling up Magneton inside.

The only thing that REALLY sticks out is a bit of double types. (2 fire and 2 dark) The pokemon themselves look pretty decent. Also, you can Earthquake on Flygon if you're willing to breed a new one and train it to level 55. Or, you could wait until (most likely) E15 and give Flygon Earthquake via move relearner since it learns it at 33 in ORAS.
