Some I'd recommend Azumarill (only if you can get it with it's Hidden Ability) Quagsire Swampert Not too keen on Sharpedo and Empoleon personally.

Perhaps you need to beat Maxie( Or Archer if you picked Magma gang) either the first time or second time first. I got him between E11 and E12 no issues.

My guess is Ame makes it a super pain in the butt to find feebas. Like probably Beldum hard. The only question is, will she be able to replicate it so that it's different for everyone like in Ruby and Sapphire?

I realized this in the last few days myself. WoW'd/WoW = Will-O-Wisp -
Flame Suit: Reduces damage from by fire type attacks by half, and prevents burning. Thermal Suit: Reduces damage from ice type attacks by half, and prevents freezing. Rubber Suit: Reduces damage from electric attacks by half, and prevents paralysis.

Underdog's Wrath Type: Normal PP 10 Base Power (Varies) 40 -- If user's attack is higher than a normal pokemon 80 -- If user's attack is lower than a normal pokemon, or if it's higher than a Mega Pokemon Target 160 -- If user's attack is lower than a mega pokemon target. Can not be used my a Mega Pokemon.

Well it'd be nice is Sceptile could somehow end up learning Draco, but since it's normal form isn't Dragon, It's unlikely. At this point based on X and Y Movepools. And assuming Move Tutors somehow make a return. Dragon Pulse Leaf Storm Giga Drain (Or Energy Ball) HP Rock (Covers 3 weaknesses Flying, Bug, and Ice) Unfortunately Sceptile doesn't currently have a wide variety of Special Attacks, the only other one worth noting really would be Focus Blast.

If it's a scarfed Rotom with Ice Beam, Absolutely, but those are uncommon. Usually if they're scarfed they run trick as well, but it could still be used to deal with Mega Sceptile rather easily though.

I hate Mega Charizard Y much more than I do Mega Charizard X. But yeah the only one I think that is pressing at this point is Mega Charizard Y. And it pisses me off to no end that even though I'm pretty sure Genosect was banned, it feels like everyone and their mother use it in PO -
Also, a small small detail in Honchkrow, On the front sprite the eye looks blue, on the backsprite the eye looks red. I should be able to help more with Gen 3, I've been out of town for about 4-5 days now. I'll be back Sunday.

Well if reborn's critical hit table gets updated. Kingdra will be a monster. Sniper + Focus Energy + Scope Lens + Draco Meteor yield's All critical hit's Draco Meteors which aren't effected by stat drops because the crit. Just give that thing Speed and HP IV's and the 2.25x critical hit Dracos, Hydro Pumps, and Ice Beams. Good night.

Ah that makes sense then. I do want to look into seeing if I can get my hands on RPG Maker for free somewhere, or if I can at least get a free trial. I'd love to be able to help out. Certainly looks easier than the C++ code which makes me feel like a foreign exchange student. -
