I think the deeper shade of brown needs a bit more contrast to the black fur.

Yeah that's after the battle with Aya. The only decent steel type that comes to mind before the rail net is Magnemite which can be evolved into Magneton (and used to be able to become Magnezone before this point until Ame changed that in Episode 10)

The original code is from Ruby version which didn't contain many of the TM's we are used to now heck going into the 6th generation? Jeez I'm starting to feel old now. Heck in other RPGMaker games I've seen people create entirely new moves and make them into TM's. Your answer is yes it COULD be done.... but it WON'T be done. Ame is adding the 6th gen moves in for release 10.5 and I'd have to imagine the only new TM's that will be coded in will be the 6th gen ones.

I don't really approve of the Government "bailing out" anyone. Anyone from Joe Schmoe at McDonalds to Donald Trump should be subject to the consequences of their actions. It's like the parent forgiving the child after the other parent just grounded them. All it does is instill bad values and ultimately makes them unproductive later in life.

The only other thing that comes to mind for me is Aegislash Offensive stance, but I don't know if that really matters because it's usually defense stance by default. You said Vivillion forms can be ignored, I'm assuming the same for Furfrou and the Flabebe family.

I don't use this program, but when I use wand tools I usually leave it on a low tolerance and get rid of the bulk of it to start with then zoom in real close and just a tiny eraser too finish it up. It's not too bad.
