To expand... It's only semi-nomi to the point of being a fusion monster. It can't be special summoned directly from the grave as Summer suggested, but it can be special summoned (different from proper fusion summon) directly through the Extra Deck through Cyberstein, Metamorphosis, Dragon's Mirror or Summoner of Illusions. If not fusion summoned properly, cards like Monster Reborn don't work because the fusion monster wasn't summoned through the correct way. This also happens if a monster's summon was negated through cards like Solemn Warning and Solemn Judgment. If it was summoned correctly through fusion summon, then Monster Reborn will work fine unless the card itself has a clause stating it can't be special summoned and can only be fusion summoned (examples being most of the Omni-heroes).

He's pretty strong in a Baton Pass team (no pesky roar/taunts), but team preview has really hurt Espeon's effectiveness.

In the original silver found a shiny Spinarak... I killed it.

At the expense of everyone uniting against you I wish Gen 6 doesn't suck.

You must be joking, I wouldn't be surprised if more than half of the people at the latest YCS used Dragon Rulers, and you don't see Dragon Rulers without seeing Big Eye.

If you go the Future Fusion route, you might as well make FGD instead of BEUD. I thought Future Fusion was banned since Chaos Dragons shenanigans, but apparently it's only Limited. Big Eye is still a gigantic problem if you don't OTK that very second, because you will have exhausted all your resources and hand most likely. Any kind of beatstick goes down to one trap after you've spent 4 cards trying to summon him. The resources that you need for a successful BEUD summon leave you way too open.

Plus with all the Dragon Rulers and Karakuris running around, Big Eye XYZ will do so much work it's a joke.

Cyber-stein GG You can't discard Blue-Eyes using Lightning Vortex because he's in the Extra Deck. Only way to do so would be Gale Dogra, whose also in traditional format as well as Cyber-stein I think. Most reliable way to get out a BEUD right now I reckon would be through Maiden with Blue Eyes and Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon or through an odd level 8 Hieratic build. Problem with Chain Material is you can't attack directly and the fusions are destroyed at End Phase. Other Chain Material decks get around it by using an infinite loop with E-Hero Electrum and Blaze Fenix for burn damage.

Works well with pokemon with the Unburden ability too. I use a Flying Gem Acrobatics Unburden Drifblim set with Destiny Bond in my mono-ghost for ultimate troll purposes.

Brush Away - Removes entry hazards upon switch-out. Climatic Showdown - If facing a pokemon with the ability Chlorophyll, Swift Swim, Sand Rush or Ame's Sleetfoot, the pokemon's speed is boosted by +2. Racer - Priority moves receive an extra +1 priority. Groggy - Sleep allows for usage of moves but with 50% effectiveness.

I'm not sure if I should still be building Banshee's on Ryze now hmmm :S I can't wait to see how Master Yi plays out now. It'll definitely be very different with Alpha Strike going physical and true damage on Wuju Style. We might be seeing a melee AD build coming from mid now, could be fun late-game, especially with the ult split. Mercurial scimitar going to do work, can't wait to try him. Not quite sure how the jungle camp spawn times will affect the game. I don't think I like it though. I enjoyed S2 jungle. Level 2 ganks were too fun.

I think Masquerain should get an evo. Masquerain only has 414 BST, plus Surskit is the only bug/water type so far, so there's also design potential already there. Masquerain's movepool is also pretty unique for a bug-type because of Surskit's breeding group as well. Oh and Serene Grace Dunsparce Evo. Nintendo pls.
