First no legendaries in your team don't make any Mary-Sues. Make your characters realistic in their actions and personality. Your character sheet should reflect hard work and effort; it should be detailed and make sense.
you can relate your character in any of the worlds (Anime, Game, manga, etc.) and any region if your want you can make your own but be descriptive

History: this was from a fairy tail thing so i don't think i should write it or it would become confusing i'll just write the first part for an example
Born and taken away from his parents and left alone in what seemed to be a forest in a different world (not edolas yet still no magic instead there was some energy force people used similair ro earthland magic) until a beam of light from the sky hit him. The beam didn't effect him but he became a half-blood between human and dragon (not to mix it with dragons from Earth-land so to speak), but he was turned to stone for 12 yrs. After a year since the beam struck people began to build a town on the land of which looked desolated from the beam, 2 more years passed and people began to populate this land, no one ever knew this stone was a living being when they saw it; they would just pass by and wonder why is this statue randomly placed here, who is this and why does he look like a dragon.They believed it was just something that must have been made years ago by ancient peoples. Until the day 7 years later, where the people who saw this statue finally began to truly wonder there must be a reason for this to be here and what was it, and it seemed bigger ever since people began to live here; as if the statue had some sort of life force. They were sure it looked like a 3 yr old when people first moved in. It was time to solve this mystery of this stone, but without any information no one knew a thing. There were no records, books, stories not even myths that explained a dragon humanoid statue so he just became one of those random landmarks such as the stone henge. Through all of this, the kid who was turned into a statue could hear and see everything with... well (technically he doesn't have eyes hes a rock) but ignor that fact (oh yeah by now i should say he's not Naked but covered in a black cloak) he saw the people and learn their language like any baby you've seen before [it just some how learns it yet obviously he can't spell(idk if i do either)] but every day since people populated the area a girl always passed by him watching it as if it were life like and could surprise you at any minute. He watched as everyday this random girl keeps passing by him, he didn't understand much about humans for he never had any interaction with much except for her. He came to feel something everytime this girl passed of course he didn't know wat this sensation was for the never knew of it (why do i feel like i'm writing a real love story...). The girl who always passed by also felt happy with it for she was never like in school or by anyone else because of her family's history of well known murderers and she was left in this world alone as well....
And so forth but at least finish yours it doesnt have to be that long
