Just a thought, what about stat points? Pokemon gain more points in their final evolution, and would it be worth it to evolve a pokemon, then level it down again for some easy points?

can anyone tell me how to get pas the wasteland wall into the Chrysolia region, I've been wandering around the wasteland for like hours, and I've found mudkip, spiritomb, garbedor and started misdreavous, but I can't find the lost train...
