    Evilest thing that i have came up with fore D&D is have the group fight a Gelatinous Cube that has a chest in it once they beat the cube and go for the chest it turns onto a mimic.

      I can't find it, but there was a post on GITP about the worst room possible. A room where the walls and ceilings are these monsters that eat you, there is a mimic that is full of golden scarabs that look like gold coins, animated swords in sword racks, cloakers on coat hangers, and an animated armor at the side.

      The evilest thing I thought of was a room that just nerfed all your rolls by 20 so you were endlessly fucked no matter what you did
