it's in azurine island, before moving to the island separated by lily ponds, basically the last island to the right of azurine, instead of going up, take the downward route in crossing the lily pods it will lead you to the island and there you will find another route downwards going back to the main island, the rock where the shiny stone is basically at the center island and you are standing in a lily pad when you get it, hope that helps why not

basically it depends in your team: in my case i prefer ESPEON really epic, especially with magic bounce But im using VAPOREON now aside from being shiny, i need a water type in my team

i agree with gardevoir, it's pretty much dependable. saves me alot of battles already so im keeping it with my team: i beat the ice gym with my second try, damaging them with stealth rock using my boldore, one time use only since i prefer fast pokemon my roseraide gets rid of walrein using petal dance before it makes damages Same with jynx since i crunch it away with my EarthVoid(KroKodile) and of course finishing the rest of her team with my partner AtlasFlame(Charizard)

I happen to also caught it but i have no intentions of using it, just not the appearance i prefer to my team,, no offense for those who likes it, we have different preferences in the first place
