Apparently, if you finish the National Dex (not possible until PokeBank) you get the shiny charm! Or at least thats what i've heard.

The only shiny I've encountered in game so far is my shiny Klefki which i got using the Masuda method, which is a bit unfortunate considering how much I've been playing the game and that I have 23 goddamn boxes full of Pokemon. Edit: I just hatched a shiny Noibat
