Ask a friend to get your friend code, and you get their's. Then you enter them in, once the 3DS registers your friend. Your friend will go to the Friend Safari area and go to your friend safari, and find the pokemon inside it. To achieve in finding the third pokemon, the friend has to complete the Elite four, become the champion, and at least have one wi-fi battle or one wi-fi trade with your friend. hope that helps!
