the warehouse key is in the house in Obsidia Park. also you can just go ahead and defeat the Core and then come back to save the ditto if you would like

You cannot sadly for the game has a lot of trouble with Pokemon that have 3 abilities(2+1[the dream world ability]). If Eevee only had 2 Abilities like.....Run Away and Anticipation(DW ability) then the Eevee would have a 50/50 chance to get it. Not sure how to get a Magic Bounce Espeon, if you can't get Anticipation Eevee....

It's possible to get a Shiny Starter the ratio is 1/700! and you can also get the hidden abilities(dream world abilities

The only place is through mining, I never actually found an everstone in the game. That or I'm blind xD

try focusing on the Taka first, since your monferno can easily kill ZEL's Umbreon and Glaceon. Or you can rescue all of the officers, get a growlithe, and trade that growlithe for a Mareep and train it, so you don't have to worry about the Chatot. I also recommend getting a Scraggy back in the Obsidia Slums just for the Type Advantage

Slaking IS in the game, he is the Obsidia Park at night time, with a chance of like 1-5%. but you'll find it as a Slakoth and train him up. Aron can be found later on in the game (around the 7th badge), but you need Headbutt in order to obtain one

I think it has to be on a Sunny Day, or you could also go to Spinal Town, and there's a vending machine there!(that place is almost at the end btw)

Tri-Attack is a good move, but in Reborn it's broken. Also I would recommend getting a Hounchkrow perhaps. Get that Dark/Flying in

But she requires Heart Scales, just a little fyi. Also there's a Move Deleter, but no Move Tutors so shards are basically useless now.

I like Staraptor and Braviary and yeah Hidden Cove is the BEST place to train for a Staraptor like I said earlier you can also just switch-train it.

I don't remember if there's a good rod in the game, but there is a Super Rod(i think....) in spinal town, it's wayyyy farther then where you are at, and there is no way to get to Tanzan Cove before you go the island with Kiki
