She is. If you're referring to the in-battle Gardevoir, I forgot to set her flag to be always female, which I've already corrected.
So i'm just resetting to get a Female Modest Ralts in the house right? INSTEAD I get a SHINY JOLLY MALE Ralts first, WHATISTHISIDON'TEVEN
Is it just me or does it really lag outside at the beginning of the game? (I'm only that far, so meh) Maybe it's the wind animation? My V8 friend said he didn't lag at the time.
