Hello. I was curious how people started the train with old man journal quest because I can't find the train probably because its in spinel town I think but I can't find a journal in the train if it's there. Can someone please help me find the quest? Greatly appreciate it. People earlier in the thread said to go south of the forest and the train is there but I don't see one. Only a fountain is in the south portion of the forest. I want to finish this quest so I can have access to eevee soon. Thanks again.

Anybody curious about tepig? If so, i was changing weather and times of day but didn't find it until I pushed a boulder into a black hole by the top of the pyrous mountain where you see Team Meteor Admin. I then went down a level lower and found it pushing against the boulder I dropped lol. It will run away and you will have to chase but at least the event is started. Hope this helps other people get the tepig. If not, maybe it wasn't the boulder all along and maybe the tepig unlocked on its own.
