Im having trouble searching for a scraggy please can u guys help me this is the update 11 also i have completed the event where i defeated the tangrowth and beaten the 2nd gym leader but there is still a gate there in the slums please help me get the scraggy

need help battling the leaders on this website im pretty sure there not busy on the weekdays but i dont know how to challenge them
