Use Gyarados and spammed it with dragon dance when he switch out to Gallade. His Gallade don't do much damage to Gyarados. Use bite on everything. For Metagross, use bite it may do a chunk of damage but it makes your Gyaradeos faint after that. Switch to Blaziken and finish it off with blaze kick. That was my plan to defeat Radomus and it works. Using this plan makes it defeating him so easy!

Maybe she was murder on that floor while waiting for someone, and the only way she could move on was to meet that person. My guess is that she died long ago that person is no longer exist, so she's stuck on that floor forever. The reason no one is on that floor was rumors about that ghost on the floor and you didn't know about. She probably mistake you for that person so that's why she show up. After that she never show up again because she realized that person will never come. The message is probably that person dying behind sign and didn't make it. But no one saw the message so they didn't repaint it over. Or she died waiting for the person to come.Or at least that's my theory....
