Rebreed swampert for hydro pump (mudkip lvl 42). If your planning to use you team before Noel, after getting hydro pump, evolve it into murshtomp so that it get earthquake at lvl 46. Then evolve to Swampert. As for the rest of you planned team, I agree with Stiffins, get close combat/extremespeed.

You can get it later in the game. You need to have already beat the fourth gym leader (third badge) and be able to use rock smash. around this time the mining kit will be available to you, that's how you get the keystone. To actually get spiritomb is actually even later I the game than the keystone.

I tried to do the exact same thing with mudkip through Golduck chain breeding, but that shit did nothing for me. So what I did is I train the original Mudkip to lvl 42 (most of which was daycare breeding) to get hydro pump then evolved it into marshtomp, kept that until lvl46 when it got earthquake then got a swampert with muddy water, take down, eq and hydro pump.

Where in Spinel town is that lady? I healed her, but I haven't seen her. Nevermind, 5 minutes after I typed this I found her on the bench (she wasn't there before tho).

A good water type early on is Psyduck. You would still have to go to the game counter, but its the cheapest Pokémon there at only 1500 coins (you can get over half the coins required just by talking to people and searching the game slots). Plus its pretty bulky as a golduck and can take 2-3 super-effective hits easy.

I still wanna know what the hell he did back in the day that caused him to be sealed in a keystone. I read this pokemon timeline on bulbapedia that made it sound like he committed a mass genocide or something (could be where those spirits came from lol).

Don't get me wrong, it was still a hard choice, but after breaking down and factoring everything thats the result that came out lol. Mrs. Pepe (Skuntank) is still a key rotation player, but I just can't see it putting in the same kinda work as Lacoste (Krookodile).

I usually don't either but in this game its been the difference between story progression and being stuck a gym leader for me. I still chose Krookodile though

I used Donphan to stop his Rotom from getting para hax while spamming rollout and against Chandlure to bulldoze the shit out of it (if it tanked energy ball). I actually had a super complex strategy involving Donphan, Sharpedo and Alakazam (yes Alakazam outspeeds a few of his ghosts).

Nice team! Honestly if any of those improvements that you touched on were in the game, it would be a breeze lol.

I just want an opinion on this (cus I kinda know what I'm gonna decide on anyway) but between Krookodile and Skuntank which one would you choose. The catch is that there's already a water/ground member of the team so based off your own strategy and interest which would you chose?

I'm super late on this lol. But I don't think theres a ditto in mine. Nothing happens when I put a pokemon in that bottom cage. Do I have to put a certain Pokemon in there? Thanks for the complement btw Usoland lol

Yeah I have no intentions of using it long-term. I'm just trying to get a rag-tag team of fire types for the ice-type gym leader Serra. After that, it'll probably just sit in the box...

My trip to Vegas was great. Got to see family and friends, but the thing I can look back and remember most about it was that I organized it and paid for everything I needed by myself, kinda like the first sign of true independence for me...

Thanks guys, yeah I was watching shofu's new reborn vid and he found it before he even started the events. But the clear weather explains why I haven't found it cus its raining in my game. I did however trigger the mudkip event (cus everyone lieks him).
