Based on Danielle and her team's current actions; they would want to win. Zared wants to get back at him for insulting her and Corona (yes, I'm using her no matter what he sends out) just wants to punish the mean boy.

{Phoebe's group} Danielle shrugged at Jacob's question before giving an answer. "Maybe there will be a battle?" Her answer was soon knocked down when the water-type expert unleashed her ferocious Gyarados, forcing the coordinator to step back in fear. Her Mawile stepped in front of her and issued a threat in case serpent wanted to harm them. However, Danielle then heard her other friends ask about the scar. Upon closer inspection, Danielle and her Pokémon realized what they were talking about. "Zared, stand down. It's okay." She inched back to stand by her friends' sides and asked Phoebe tentatively "Professor Arlyn, who would do such a thing like that?" Avis and her teammates had placed themselves in between Gyarados and Danielle. Although they made no move to strike, they were each wary of the Water type. Even in Pokémon, Gyarados are known for their ferocious tempers, so it's best to be on alert.

@Azery: I have Lanturn and Kingdra for water already :3 Although, now that there is only one Dragonite, I might switch back to Dragonair...

{Klive} "Good point, mate." Arial said before she heard a beeping sound from her D-Pad. She laughed at Arthur's greeting for Zander, giving the newcomer a quick wave before she began typing a message back to Klive. "Party pooper. Yeah, we are still going to the beach after class. We found a disturbing lead here so it would be best for us to go after the archaeologist to hopefully piece everything together. Will relay the info. once we get everything together. Keep in touch!" {Ken, Arthur, Rene, Zander, and Roy} The soft chuckle made Arial look around as she hit the "send" button. Besides their present audience, who else managed to hear Arthur's comical reference? Arial turned to the source of a squeaking chair and saw that Roy had entered the scene. "Yo, Roy! Get over here! You don't want to miss out on the party, right?" she called out to the lone teen, waving him over to her increasingly big group. "So, Zander, what would that horrible daydream be? Finding yourself without girls?" Arial teased, putting down her D-Pad gingerly on top of her bag. "In all seriousness, I'd rather have a nightmare than that headache we just had. At least nightmares don't make you want to tear your hair out."

Yes, I did claim Reuniclus. I'm going to drop Rotom and replace it with some other Ghost type (Gengar?).

{Danielle vs. Evan} "Sink your teeth into the ice! Then go for tornado!" Danielle called out. If Evan is so bent on keeping the field, she'll just have to get rid of it for him. The Mawile released his grip on the Vaporeon (much to his disappointment) and scraped some of the ice with his second jaw so that he could steady himself. After shaking his head to clear his own dizziness, Zared snapped his fingers and let the pink Fairy Wind tornado pick up the ice shards from the broken ice field and directed it towards the dizzy Vaporeon. Perhaps he could trap Triton into the tornado to make the Vaporeon even more dizzy...

{Ken, Arthur and Rene} "Let's hope these other visions aren't as gruesome that the one we just had..." Arial replied, considering what Rene and Ken said. "Hold on... You said the vision said "Izanami Lore 30"? Didn't we get that headache after that dude flashed a card at us? If I remembered correctly, that card was Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction. Coincidence?"

126 My favorite type is probably flying because birds :3 Least favorite is either Rock or Ground for aesthetic reasons. That doesn't mean I don't like rock or ground moves though~

{Ken, Arthur and Rene} Arial gave a pat on Rene's shoulder as a way of offering her sympathy. Ken had already said the necessary words so there is no need for her to say any more to make Rene feel any worse. "Hey man, if you need anything, just let us know. I'm sure we will be glad to offer an ear or a hand. I'm sure my dragons will agree too." She nodded towards her bag, which contained her precious cards. The green eyed teen then retreated her hand, allowing it to rest on her said bag as she considered what Ken had said. "Do you think it means what it says?" Arial asked hesitantly as she recalled what she was able to comprehend. "If the world will be engulfed by shadows and destroyed, that could explain why I heard people screaming and saw buildings burning. But now I wonder who is causing this destruction and how this is related to Izanami."

{Ken, Arthur and Rene} Arial perked up when Rene and Ken acknowledged the vision's existence, although Rene seemed upset about a tragedy. She will to ask him later, seeing as he is more interested in a duel right now. Perhaps, like her, he's not ready to divulge his past yet. So, she turned to Ken to answer his question. "Do you mean that voice that said "Izanami Lore"? I could have sworn that it said something else, but I'm not sure what it is..."

{Danielle vs Evan} Oh no no no! Zared knew what happened the last time he held onto a tail; he will absolutely not end up with his face smashed in again! As Vaporeon skated over to the side of the cage, his body glowed a metallic grey (Iron Defense) to lessen the damage being taken as he was continuously slammed into the cage. Like a participant in a jump rope competition, he bided his time until he was ready to deliver a show. "Whenever you're ready, Zared." he heard his master from the side. As Vaporeon got ready to whip him back again, Zared put his legs out to the cage, eliciting a loud bang on impact. Using the momentum he gained from the crash, he quickly spiraled into a somersault in ant attempt to smack him to the icy ground. Maybe the Vaporeon's body could help break the ice while he is at it, who knows? All he knows is that he will not let his prey go once its in his mandible.

{Ken, Arthur and Rene} Arial smiled happily; she was glad to know that she will have company with her this time as she goes to the beach. This would help keep her mind off of her lonely thoughts. "Ken, you don't have to worry about a thing. I always travel by motor scooter, so I can offer a lift to one extra person if necessary!" She paused as they decided on a duel to pass the time; there was still one thing that bothered her. "Hey... Sorry to be a party pooper but do you have any idea what that headache was about? The one with that blue fire and all? It didn't look natural..."

Same here. I was just quoting what Lisa said about Johnson being at the beach today ._.

{Forest group} Danielle also received the Sawsbuck's annoyed gesture and quickly issued a goodbye to the forest's guardian before following after Jacob, James and Colere. "Come on, Zared. We could always come back later." she called out to her reluctant Mawile. She waited until he caught up with her before heading off to rejoin her companions. Avis uttered a crow at the disappointed Zared, chiding him lightly for getting his own hopes up. Sawsbuck would have easily knocked him out in a heartbeat if they ever got into a battle at this point. Even she, a flying type Prankster, doubts that she could stand a chance in her current state. It's better to train up first before challenging him to a match.

{Danielle vs Evan} "Hang onto Vaporeon, Zared! And keep up the pressure!" Danielle enunciated the last word to Zared. This was the position she wanted her Mawile to be in; with that powerful jaw, her Mawile could keep a firm grip on the opponent while he charges up another attack. And, if her opponent dares to attack, he could always fall back on Pain Split to recover. Is it risky? Hell yes, and she knows it's not going to work everytime. But it feels great once Zared could lure his opponent into his range, and this small field was a perfect opportunity for him to use it. Zared winced in pain as the Water Pulse hit him squarely in the face, threatening to send him flying towards the cage. By instinct, he clamped down his jaw onto the same object even tighter to prevent him from being pushed back, just like he used to whenever he found himself in a rushing current. Once he looked up from his position, the Mawile realized that the object he was holding onto was still the tail. Oh, so that's why his master gave him that command... Guess that means it's time to end it. With that, a ring surrounded the duo once more as the damage was shared between them (Pain Split). Once he felt his energy return to him (albeit a small amount), he stared at the Vaporeon with a smirk, twirling a finger as if he was preparing a Fairy Wind tornado. However, no pink wind came out. Instead, his steel horn clamped down even harder on the Vaporeon's tail (Bite).

{Ken, Arthur and Rene} "You all have a point. I mean, I was screaming when that weird headache just popped out of nowhere, let alone an electric shock coursing through my body." Arial shivered at that thought. "Since that's the case, that makes it more important for one of us to find Ike Johnson... You see, after the museum, Rene and I went to the beach and bumped into Lisa Arclight. She said that an archaeologist knows more about the professor than she does, and she said that he will back there today. Since Ike Johnson is a friend of Professor Tenjo's and the archaeologist that made the exhibit about Shadow Duels, like Professor Reinier said, maybe we should all go to the beach today and find out?" she suggested to the group. "As I announced earlier, I'm going back either way, so the choice is up to you."

{Jory, Danielle, Ryan and Claude} Avis moved deftly out of the way of the spores as they proceeded to make their way over to Arete, settling onto Danielle's shoulder. And this is why she didn't even bother going over to the Roselia. That was the most obvious trick in the book! What a disappointment for the Murkrow; she expected something better from that grass type. Avis crowed a greeting to the floating ball of cotton; natural pranksters unite! "Leave it to the flying types to dodge that easily." Danielle giggled as Doux blew away the Stun Spores. She then felt a tug on her leg. "What's up, Zared? You alright?" she asked, believing the tug to be from her Fairy type, only to come face to face with a Tyrunt. "O-Oh! Sorry about that mess up, Colere, or I believe it is you, considering a Cottonee is here too." She greeted sheepishly, giving a bow to the proud dragon. "May I ask where Claude is?" While Danielle was preoccupied with the Tyrunt, Zared looked on at the Roselia spectacle, grimacing at the grass type’s display. Why Feroces didn’t kick her away from him was beyond his comprehension. Then again, since she seemed so smitten with the Luxio, maybe he could knock some sense into Chloe (as Ryan called her). He watched quietly as Ryan left abruptly after the capture and finally growled a question to his master. What’s the rush? “He said something about a meeting.” Danielle replied to her Mawile after she waved goodbye to Ryan. She was just as surprised as Zared was at the abrupt departure. “I’m not going to lie, though, I’m curious about this. What about you, Jacob?”
