The eggs are def predetermined, I think even before the guy hands it to you. If you want another gender or Nature, you have to get a new egg and hatch that one. I spam bred my Kirlia until I got a shiny male ralts. So many spare eggs....

Wait..favorite? Just one?....but I love like half the pokedex... If I had to pick ONE it would have to be Absol, it is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful pokemon, and I still remember the 1st time i saw one, I fell in love with the things looks, and then it proceeded to wipe out my entire team while I tried to catch it, eventually forcing me to kill it. I spent the rest of that day trying to catch one, and then finally did. I still have it, transferred from my emerald to my diamond to my black. When I learned about EVs and IVs, I reset her's with berries, used an IV calc, and then re-did her EVs for attack and speed. When I found out it had a 31 attack IV, and that it's Naughty nature boosted its attack even more, I was happy as hell. That Absol has beaten the elite four and champ in every game I own, Hoenn and Kanto while I was on the GBA; Sinnoh, Johto, and Unova on the DS, and I plan to have it take over the new region if I can trade it into that game as well. I love a lot of pokemon, but none as much as my Absol "Maladi". If I have to pick only one type of poke, then my history with her makes Absol come out on top.

Doesn't know her own anyway so... **-Things to Know: She was caught by a trainer before, but she felt he was an epic moron so she left. She's been able to use the move Psychic and speak with telepathy ever since she bit the crap out of a Ralts during an argument over Persim berries. On that note, she's addicted to Persim berries. She likes to get into fights, even if she gets her butt handed to her, and wont hesitate to pop out of nowhere and attack trainers, other Pokemon, or people's lunch. Outside of batting, she's mostly agreeable (sarcastic sense of humor tho) unless you try to catch her. Since she's been caught before, Pokeballs don't work on her, and her original trainer made her think poorly of the idea of having any trainer at all. (For anyone who did the Pokemon type test on this site, think Elliot but even dumber.) Also, even though she hates her original trainer, she still uses the nickname he gave her; Kurohana.

Three of my biggest fav pokemon are Aggron Absol and Mawile...   So, I'd be Mawile, cuz an Absol can't use a computer with its paws, and Aggron would just crush the keyboard when touching it.

Mel would probably consider Josh a slacker and call him as much (not with any animosity, just as a result of her stating her opinion), as she's pretty blunt. Also due her being blunt, if Dwayne tried to hit on her, she'd turn him down, and prolly call him a perv. For Rose she'd prolly get along with her, assuming they spoke in the 1st place, seeing as both tend to be quiet( though Mel runs her mouth if something gets her started.) However, she'd prolly slip up and point out how young Rose looks if and when they first meet.
