It is the kindest, and those with the gentlest hearts that are the ones that are the most broken people. Because, they know just how terrible it is to be broken. They've been there. They don't want anyone else to have to see it. They don't want anyone else to have to feel what it's like. Even if they break that much more. Because why let something whole break at all... when something already broken could just break more?
